Speedy repaired my exhaust system. They got me in for an inspection quickly and booked the repair appointment quickly as well. The work was done on time and at the quoted price. There were no surprises. They only quoted and replaced the parts that needed replacing. They didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't need. All in all, an excellent experience. I would recommend Speedy Auto Service in Waterloo.

New customer here! Was really glad they got me booked in so quick to get my car maintenance and winter tires done. Called 4 different stores around the area and they all said that the earliest they can do was in January! They asked me first if I wanted any extra work done as they recommended it. Great service, as always. I was able to make an appointment for a winter tire change, with a quick turn around. I’m able to store off-season tires there very easily. Excellent price points.

The staff explained the suggested services ahead of time, when I made the appointment, and confirmed before they did anything extra (rebalancing my tires). I went back for a tire torque later that day, and that service took less than 5 minutes.

They also gave great suggestions of upcoming service needs for my SUV, but were not pushy. I felt informed but not pressured in any sense.

Very pleasant team, in general, to work with - very appreciated! Thank you! I’ll be back in the spring!

Today I had a frustrating experience with my car when it wouldn't start, despite jump-starting attempts. I had to tow it to Speedy Auto, and they were incredibly helpful despite me not having a prior appointment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing for both parts and labor, which was significantly lower than what I've encountered at dealerships or even my usual mechanic. The diagnostic report was clear and accurate, confirming my suspicions about a spark plug issue.

The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed.

From now on, Speedy Auto will be my go-to for all my car repair and maintenance needs.

Don't waste your time with your local dealer. Speedy provided me with exceptional service right from the second I walked in the front door. They will only do what's needed and the work is excellent.
