I had the absolute pleasure of bringing my car to European Automotive to have some issues fixed on my 2017 Mini Clubman S.

I loved how clear the communication was dealing with them especially using email (I am a busy person so being able to email the shop was a huge bonus). They provided me multiple options to repair my car which I appreciated very much. I dealt with Brad and he was awesome to work with! I also appreciated how quick the service was completed and the fact that I was able to get my car in the next day after instigating contact with them.

I acknowledge that this shop is a little more in terms of pricing but I really do think it's worth the cost. I completely trusted them with all the work done on my vehicle and the complimentary car wash was greatly appreciated!

I would recommend bringing your car here for service and I will definitely be making this my main shop going forward! Thank you all for the work done on my car!

Title: The Best Car Guys Ever!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say something about Mathew, his wife, and Brad at European Automotive. They’ve been taking care of my family’s cars for years, and they’re honestly the best.

As a dad with two kids and a busy schedule, I really appreciate how easy they make everything. Mathew, the owner, is amazing at what he does. I’m not a car expert by any means, but he always explains things in a way I can actually understand. I never feel like I’m being talked down to or pushed into something unnecessary. I trust him completely with our cars.

His wife is incredible too. She’s so friendly and organized, making sure all the appointments and paperwork are a breeze. She keeps things moving smoothly, which is a lifesaver when I’m trying to juggle work, school drop-offs, and everything else.

And then there’s Brad, who handles customer service. Brad is just awesome. He’s super friendly and always has a smile on his face. He really goes the extra mile to make sure you feel taken care of. He explains what’s going on with the car without all the complicated jargon, which I really appreciate.

It’s clear that they all genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our family’s vehicles. If you need honest, reliable, and friendly car service, go see Mathew, his wife, and Brad at European Automotive.

I’ve been taking my Aston to Matt and his team for the past 7 years and have been consistently happy with their work and my service advisor Brad.
After an unfortunate door ding at my work, we decided on a full repaint. Definitely an expensive proposition but a car like this requires a quality job. The results are absolutely incredible! Love the car even more than I already did. The impeccable results from repeated wet sanding and paint layering have restored my Aston to showroom or better. Thanks guys!
