I'm so disappointed with this car repair shop because we left our car there for 2 days, even though they said there was no guarantee it would be checked. They told us they'd call to update us on the car's status once it had been inspected, but in those 2 days, we didn't receive any updates or calls. So, we just picked up the vehicle, and nothing had been done. What we wanted was simply to be informed when the car would be checked, instead of it just sitting there for two days without anything happening. They have an appointment list in their system, so they should have known when the car would be checked, but they never informed us.

Quite happy with my experience here. I had to make a glass claim for a windshield replacement. They were able to make the claim for me, and had the new windshield installed within 2 days. Quick and helpful service.

Was recommended by a family friend, needed front end work on a 20+ year old truck. I was looking for an affordable car to replace it so they got the cheapest parts that were safe enough to keep it on the road another 6 months and kept it and extra couple days to get off stuck parts that could be re used. Very good communication and reasonable rates.
Got my replacement car and am bringing to them soon for a minor issue I can’t diagnose myself. I ended up here looking for their number and thought I’d add my experience.

Truck repaired today - faster than expected, great communication, and they discovered the part replaced was under parts warranty as they had replaced it three years ago! So I only paid a reasonable labour charge to diagnose/repair my rattly noise complaint.
Recommended and will return.

Incredible response and repair time with a fair price. Towed my car to their shop Monday morning and had it repaired and ready by the end of day on Tuesday. Great team and I would highly recommend their shop to my friends and family!

There's a review on here with the name Frank. He has left out the full reason why his parking brake was removed. I'm a customer of there's that was waiting to pick up my car when I heard his conversation with the advisor. The advisor was trying to explain to him about the parking brake was beyond repair due to the amount of rust and lack on metal left on to what the he called backing plates to put new parts on because there was nothing left strong enough to hold it together and cost could go high due to other parts that could be needed to do the repair on how rusted his vehicle is. So the cost was not a waste because they did get rid of the noise that you complained about.

Today I am Very disappointed, I told them that my rear parking brake kept making noise, and they took the brake off and threw them away, Didn't fix it for me. So I don't have an emergency brake now, and I asked them why the parking brake didn't work at all, and they said it didn't work before anyway and that doesn't affect safety, But my parking brake always works(just cranch)until they finished the job. Very disappointed, I wasted more than $90，which led me to spend more money to fix them. I'd rather have that cranch noise than no parking brake now.

Hands down a fantastic all around run business. The gentleman who run this shop are kind and understanding that not everyone knows everything about cars and they don’t take advantage of that. They also explain things to you in a non condescending way and I really appreciate that. I am always very hesitant to talk to mechanics because I know very little about cars and fear I will be taken advantage of.
But I never felt that for one minute when discussing my concerns.

Their prices for front brakes was really great and I was confident they know what the correct brakes were for my MINI Cooper Clubman S model.

I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone for service or repairs.
