Mark was courteous, helpful and efficient. I thought my phone was unfixable, but 1.5 hours later my phone was ready, looking and working like brand new. I love ubreakifix!

Got phone screen repaired a year ago. Was told it would be under warranty (specifically if the screen protector ripped) for a year. Was told today they decided to stop fixing that particular model and refused to replace the screen protector, even though it's within the year warranty period.

Totally understand why they stopped repairing this phone model, it's a liability because it folds down the middle and is a ticking time bomb to break beyond repair. But to not honor a past business agreement? Inexcusable, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

The guy working in the shop(not the owner)is a gem! The customer service of this guy is impeccable. He was courteous, and very diligent with his work. Knowledgeable as well!

Out of all the uBreakiFix stores I've been to, this one is by far the best. Before coming here, four different stores turned me away even though they promised to help on the phone.

Not this store though.

Mark is always friendly and helpful... i went thinking that my charger port was damaged, and it turns out it was just full of dirt! And something i like the most is the honesty... because just before that, some guy in a different store, checked my phones, and he was planning to charge me hundreds to do the job! And have it ready in days.... my friend mark took just 1 minute to say its probably full of dirt... and had my phone ready in minutes!!

Could not be any easier and efficient. I made the appointment online, dropped it off, it was done in 2 hours (I wasn’t in a rush). I will be bringing my other iPhone in to get the screens fixed next!
