I came to replace the brake rotors and pads.
I picked up the car with scratched and dented rims and scratched brake callipers.
I showed the owner the brake callipers were was scratched, he immediately told me don’t worry, just come over tomorrow and they would paint it, I also lost the wheel bolts because they “broke”it. I came back home and noticed dents and scratches on the rims in the garage, I immediately called the owner and told him about it and got a reply “don’t stress your self”.
I brought the car back the next day and left it overnight.
The next day my wife picked up the car, I came back home in the evening and saw that nothing had been fixed as it should have been, the rims were painted glossy black and they applied a matte color (I think they used some marker where the scratches was deep), he didn’t pick up phone, now I have to paint the rims again that were painted a month ago. Owner - you don't have to reply to me here that it's not your fault that you didn't check the condition of the rims before changing the brakes, I have a camera in my car that was working and it's recorded you telling me in front of the office that you're sorry and that you'll talk to your staff so that they'll be more careful. I'll lose money on a new paint job, you'll lose your reputation. I'll just add that I was there for the third time, the first time it was ok, no problems, the second time I brought my aunt's Honda, you fixed it so much that the hood almost flew off on the highway, the third and last time I was there and I honestly don't recommend it, it's better to pay more somewhere else than regret visiting here later.

Straightforward place. The team here is honest and forthright. Wait times can be high. Better to make an appointment and stress that your time is limited. No rental options at this location. Prepare to wait or have someone pick you up.
They have serviced all my vehicles in the past 10 years.

Called the service to replace the winter tires. Made it quick in 1 hour. Cost $55. Overall good experience however felt something unusual at the location for some reason. Didn’t find much welcoming as a customer.

Excellent service. They did what the dealership could not and saved me more than half the money. Only purchased parts from dealer, after they did their best to find used. Only drawback is they need more parking. Will recommend to anyone.
