Ed is amazing. These guys are experts in this industry. I brought my TV to him and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. My LG tv backlight started to blink repeatedly. I found the video hospital by searching online and gave them a call. Ed was friendly and after telling him the symptom he said he could fix it and quoted a fair price. I took the tv in on a Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning he called and said it was ready. The problem was just what he thought it was. The lighting looks as good as new. Great service. Thank you.
