Where to start? First off, I love how attentive and knowledgeable they are. I have an Ford F150 that needed repairs and Oscar helped me out tremendously. His extensive knowledge of vehicles is very impressive. He was able to explain things simply and to the point. He didn't give me mechanical jargon that I couldn't understand. I didn't feel over charged or taken advantage of. They really took care of me.
Secondly, they were patient and their communication was excellent. I had lots of questions and they took the time to address each one.
I would recommend stopping here first for any and all vehicle needs! They'll take care of you 100%!

He not only showed me where the dealership's claims were inflated and erroneous through his pictures, he also informed me of the real issues affecting my car that the dealership did not even identify. And they give a warranty for all their work performed.

I have been very happy with the automobile services I have gotten from The Car Service Group. Oscar always texts me his diagnoses, which usually shows pictures!!! Then, when I am ready, he makes it convenient for me to get the service needed on one or both of my cars. After the jobs are done I get photographs of the old and the new parts or work that was done!!! My next experience is a smoother ride and a safer feeling as drive around the Bay Area and frequently out of town!!! I was having trouble with my wife’s Toyota 4Runner, other mechanics were telling us it was the throttle pedal. Oscar look at, hooked up to the diagnostic, looked at the codes, and got it fixed. He was very professional at what he does. He took his time and research to get it fixed. I also liked how he explains everything to you, very simple and professional.
