I had a great experience with The Auto Service. John, Glenn and Steve were incredibly helpful, transparent and honest throughout the process. They took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, which gave me full confidence in their expertise. The shop itself was well kept and their workmanship was top-notch. Fast service and reliable mechanics, they guarantee their work, I took my car here after a couple of mechanics had already worked on it and the problem kept happening, these guys nailed it at one time, John is super knowledgeable and really nice he will tell you what you need and also what you don't need so no needs of extra money to be spent. I've been here twice and both times drove away happily. They'll also check with days later to make sure the problem is fixed. Definitely recommended and will come back to TAS.

Every time I bring my vehicles I ask them to check on various things such as squeaky brakes, shocks, or various sounds that I have convinced myself are indicators that I might soon be stranded on the side of the road. I am prepared to pay repairs and replacement that will likely cost more than $1,000.00. To my pleasant surprise they check and explain that my concerns are unfounded and I do not need to repair or replace anything. This is an honest shop that I recommend everyone patronize. We need more business like this in our community. I have been taking my vehicles here for more than 6 years and never been disappointed. They also have a clean and inviting waiting area if you choose to stay and wait for your car.

I went in for a prearranged oil change and received excellent service. I was in and out in under 25 minutes. I would also like to mention that two year’s ago I brought my truck to TAS for an engine overhaul. They went above and beyond to ensure my truck would run as smoothly as a new one. Two years later, my truck still runs exceptionally well. I highly recommend them for outstanding service.

They are always so friendly and courteous, and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable. Recently i needed a large repair done to my car, which had to be approved for coverage by my vehicle maintenance company. John, the service manager, took the time to contact them over several days to make sure they would cover the repair. He had to work with the maintenance company to get approval, and it was finally approved after 2 days. The repairs were done expertly by the technician and took less time than expected. I am so very grateful for the effort and excellent customer service I experienced, and will always take my car in to The Auto Service for all my car maintenance needs.

I had a great experience at this station. Every person I spoke with was so nice and professional. Facility was nice and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. Even though they couldn’t figure out why my car occasionally wouldn’t start, they clearly did their due diligence in trying to replicate the issue. They kept me informed of what they were doing and even offered to keep my car a bit longer to try trouble shooting again. I will definitely go there again if/when my car acts up again. Thank you!
