Took my trailer to Terry’s to have the axle flipped and lower my trailer to make me feel safe pulling it however it couldn’t be done so instead they suggested a new hitch system to make me feel better about pulling my trailer! Picked up my trailer today May 31st and pulled it home an hour away in high winds and was amazed at how easy it was and felt comfortable driving with it!
Amazing service and super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return for any of my trailer needs 😊

I was previously at Terry‘s trailer service recently. I drove all the way up from a long distance just to come check out a trailer that we had seen online. We first in the morning called and spoke with a woman named Amanda, which was more than friendly and extremely welcoming, we later drove up that afternoon and got there right before closing. I appreciate it that she took the time out of her day, as she was supposed to be camping with her family that evening, she was informative and more than welcoming not like a car salesman at all. How ever we didn’t end up buying there because we wanted a dealership closer to our home. Recommend taking your time going to see their store that is one of the biggest trailer parts stores we’ve seen.

Service was good when I bought a trailer, but couldn't care less when I called today to ask about a replacement cover for the lighting socket. I wanted to buy local, but also wanted to check they had some before I drove to them. Whoever answered the phone couldn't be bothered to check to make sure that they had some or what the price was. Guess I'll buy online!

Wow.. just forget uhaul and go to the guys that do it best. I’ve rented a LOT of junk from uhaul and I’ve been stranded with seizing brakes, broken wiring, no lights and one time a trailer that came right off my truck nearly causing a major accident after they hooked it up wrong (not our local dealers thank goodness).

This time I rented a car hauler from Terrys to pick up a mini-excavator - it was a great trailer in fantastic shape. Very clean and well maintained. I arrived with a 2” ball and a lockable hitch pin that I didn’t know was rusted solid. I thought it was going to be a problem since the trailer needed a 2 5/8” ball. However, the guy brought over the trailer, cut off my rusted pin, hammered it out and swapped out my hitch and ball with one of theirs. He then hooked it up, helped me check the lights and I was on my way in under 15 minutes. Amazing service - it’s the kind of place you’ll keep going back to and not wrestling with junk equipment was the highlight of my day. What a great spot - highly recommended.

Truly a customer focused business. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. I have purchased 3 NuCamp trailers from Terry’s over the years and found them to be competitively priced and very accommodating in meeting our needs. This includes explaining all features and options, providing a very helpful starter kit and coordinating delivery dates to meet our schedule.
