The worst customer service as far as getting back to you with returning phone calls from the service department. They never called back to confirm chip paint, molding, broken Front grill, clips, broken when they removed all these parts to change AC harness. I was told by service writer that they were going to call me back when they review the camera footage. No responsibility taken on their behalf no answers

Had to go to Tarrytown Honda Parts to get a mounting plate for my CRV because it either fell off or was stolen. Went to Parts, got the piece and then realized that I needed screws. Went right back, (waiting in line all the time) got the screws (ripped bag - and not sure that all of them were in there, because when my mechanic put the mounting piece on my car, he needed more screws). Both the mounting plate and the screws cost money. The plate was $46.01 and the ripped bag of screws was $23.21 for a total of $69.22 REALLY!!! I suggested that they needed to sell the mounting plate and screws together as a package. How was I going to put the mounting plate on my car, duct tape! Not happy with this, not happy that I needed to ask "where was the cashier," not happy that I had to ask for screws and they weren't included in the package. My opinion, you waste your customer's time and money. Not necessary, Honda Service needs to be a little more efficient (should not need two (2) receipts either when you pay), and put all necessary pieces together or at least mention it before a customer walks out the door, thus requiring a return trip (to wait and pay more money).

They’ve been nothing short of incredible, handling everything with integrity, skill, and genuine kindness.

This used to be a good service provider, but has gone downhill. Their focus now is on how to squeeze the last penny out of customers. I used to be able to be dropped off and picked up to retrieve my car, but they have now stopped that (I'm a 12 minute drive away). In particular, the customer service provided by Brandon Jenchol leaves a lot to be desired.

Don’t really know what went wrong with this place but when I first got my car it was the best service.

Now, whoever answers the phone either puts you on hold never gets back to you and when they do answer, they have a super nasty attitude.

I seldom write reviews, but I could not let my recent experience with the Tarrytown Honda Service Team go without acknowledgement. Just before Christmas, my 2019 Pilot began to have issues (I will spare you the details). I took my SUV to another Honda service center near my home. After a couple of days, they were adamant that they could not diagnose the issues but would start repairs based on the “process of elimination,” at my expense! Thanks, but no thanks. They did not leave us with a good feeling, so we drove the car off the lot.

Although 60 miles away, I contacted Tarrytown because we purchased the vehicle there. From the moment that my husband and I arrived at Tarrytown Honda, we were treated like family. Brandon saw us right away, took the necessary information and ran a history on the vehicle. Their first concern was our safety. Our car was taken in back and then we were introduced to Mike, a technician, who was not only professional and personable, but reassured us that he would diagnose the problems and get them corrected. Brandon called us within a day and brought us up to speed in order to be safe and to correct the initial issues. The service team went above and beyond to expedite needed parts, make the repairs, test my vehicle, and get it all completed in time for Christmas – all the while keeping us in the loop! It was such a pleasure to work with them and although not around the corner, I’ll never go anywhere else. The car is like brand new and rides like a dream. Thank you, Tarrytown Honda Service!
