Carolyn and the guys are so awesome in this little gem of an auto shop nestled away off Rennick Rd on Frontenac Dr. They have treated me and my car very well over the past 5 years. I can't say enough about this establishment.

Part 2
Running like a dream only lasted a good day. Didn't take long before I could hear all the rattling which I thought stopped due to new parts. Raising car and finally looking under I can not see the new parts which "needed" to be replaced.
I can only suspect the noises stopped cause shop tech simply tightened loose parts without using Locktight, either that or the grease just fell away.
It wasn't until a few more days, on a trip outside of town, that I learnt that our car now shakes over speeds of 105 km/hr. Can actually visibly see the steering wheel shaking. Can only guess their alignment methods are not up to par.
I shall discuss with owner and get back and adjust my review accordingly (including my star rating).
Part 1
This was our next stop after having been a victim of fraud by one of their many competitors. Our car was taken in for its safety as designated by NB governing rules.
First place was charging 4.5 thousand to complete their safety. This place (TL Auto Service) was charging 1.5 thousand, out the door.
It was good to meet an honest business in this field. Once we were given the results of the safety, one of their mechanics took me out to go over everything requiring replacing (as i had been graciously offered). I was shown what and why each piece needed replacement.
Prices for parts were on pare with where I'd go for my auto parts. Their fraudulent competition was charging more than double for parts my car did not even need.
Due to my night hours TL Auto Service was kind enough to let us know we could drop our car off the night before, drop the keys in their door slot and it'd be ready next day, which it was.
Car runs like a dream once again. Great service, honest people and decent pricing. Highly recommended.
Footnote: Not sure if this was somw type of omen but I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful pheasant flitting by their business as I first approached this business (see attached photographs).

I do not recommend this place for A/C inspection or repairs. After my A/C was blowing hot air, I wasted $250 on them which included a $75 A/C inspection fee and all they did was drain and refill my refrigerant. They never used any dye to identify any potential leaks. It doesn't matter if you have a new machine if you don't know how to use it or properly inspect A/C components of a vehicle. The air was not as cold as it should've been. Within weeks of them doing this work on my vehicle, the air stopped blowing cold completely. I took it to another local shop who's also known for A/C inspection & repair and they were able to immediately identify my condenser failed (pictured) and was leaking a lot. I needed a new condenser and a new pressure switch was ordered as a preventative measure due to higher than normal pressure readings. Only then was my A/C blowing ice cold. The other shop ran dye through the system with my old condenser still mounted and the refrigerant was leaking across several components like the belts and subframe. This is work that should have been identified by TL Auto Service. The mechanic was even rushing the receptionist to get to his other job and this was another sign of a rushed job not done well. I would not return to TL Auto Service as they don't even warranty their A/C work. If I known I would've wasted $250 on them I would've brought it to the other shop who would've identified the condenser as the main cause of the problem.

I love this shop. The owner and the main mechanic will discuss the details of work being done to your car with you if you ask. They help you save money if you are asking for work that isn't required but unnecessarily suggested by someone else. If you aren't educated in the automotive industry, they will not take advantage of you. Fair prices. Great maintenance. Friendly service.

Five star service, and even nicer people! I was searching online for a local mechanic and based on previous reviews, I made a call to these folks. Very happy I did. Nice to see a family-run business that treats their customers so well. I will not hesitate to have work done here again and will recommend T & L Auto Service to friends and family as well. First time being here and we won’t be back.
Very inconsiderate service, my spouse had an appointment for his tires to be switched and an oil change - something that reasonably takes 45mins to one hour. He waited for 3hours total, initially leaving to go walk around the mall for an hour and a half. Came back and they still hadn’t started, they promised it wouldn’t be long.
While waiting he overhears the employees joke about how the car that’s causing so much delay isn’t being picked up until 11am the following day.
The service attendant tried to make light of the situation by offering him this magnetic cheap fridge calendar or a pen as an apology.
Honestly what a disgrace and frankly insulting, offering these “gifts” that would’ve been free otherwise all whilst making it clear they understood the large mistake and inconvenience.
We are not ones to ask for compensation in these situations, but in the least they could have compensated something off the bill for the inconvenience.

We will not be giving them any business nor will we recommend them to absolutely anybody.
Steer clear, they could care less about you or your ‘appointment’.

The worst car repair garage I saw in Moncton, will never visit and will not recommend anyone to go and get the car check. I just visited it and they took 60.38$ to see the exhaust is rusty, and needs to be repaired. No repair, only for seeing it fir 20-30mnt, they charged 60.38$, worst experience ever.
