Genuinely some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to send your watch somewhere and have it disappear into the void without ever being able to get a word back about its status, this is the place. If you care about being able to reach them when they say to contact with questions, then don't send here. I wish I didn't have to leave this review but going on 4 emails and almost two weeks of trying to reach them, I have yet to receive any response.

My husband bought a watch online that didn’t function properly. While the watch was not covered by a warranty, the manufacturer’s website listed Swisstime Care as an authorized service center. We took the watch to Ernesto at Swisstime Care on a Monday and by Friday it was fixed…perfectly. When my husband tried to pay, Ernesto wouldn’t accept. Great People and Great Service!

Swiss time care has repaired and maintained two of my Alpina watches. Their service and care is second to none. I live in Memphis and have no problem sending my watches to Miami for them to work on because my pieces deserve the second to none service found at this great establishment.

I took 3 watches that needed service in to Swisstime Care. Their office/repair shop is amazing. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. One of my watches is over 50 years old and nobody would touch it. They overhauled it and it is functioning like new again. I also had another watch polished and calibrated. The last watch needed a new battery. All 3 watches were back to me in 1 week! That is much better than I expected. I will never go anywhere else. They will get all my watch business from here on out. I highly recommend them.
