Outstanding. We received a call back within a few minutes of submitting an online request for service. We were given a time range for the next day (which was a Saturday!), and the technician arrived well within that range. He was very friendly (and made immediate friends with our dog!) and showed me what he was doing as he diagnosed the problem. He had it diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes or less. He even gave us a couple of tips to make the new control panel last even longer. Price was very reasonable. His name escapes me, but he was great. Highly recommended!

Service was acceptable and the drain issue was fixed. However, they arrived 45 minutes after the 4 hour window that was discussed.
I also had to leave before the end, and the invoice they gave was higher than i expected. It had no details so i asked about specific pricing (service fees, labour hours and fees, etc). I contacted them twice but did not hear back

My front loading washing machine had a slow steady leak from the dispensing tray. I called these guys and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. I really appreciated that my technician called me to let me know he was running behind but ended up arriving within the service window anyway. He was quick, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and aligned with the quote I was given over the phone. I will definitely be using them again if I need more work on an appliance. Thank you!
