Bought a crane from these guys, love the crane but the company had been horrible to deal with since they got the money from the bank. First the kept lying to us about when the transport company was coming and the transport company told us the truth . They are so bad the transport company told us they never want to take any more transport jobs with them. Second, its been 2 months and they still won't give us the customs papers we need to take to secretary of state to get the truck titled in michigan. The finance institute is about to start the process to pull the funding back for the truck because we cant get them listed as a Klein holder on the title. Everytime we ask them for the paperwork they just give us different people's phone numbers to call to try to get it but they won't just put in the effort to get it. Unfortunately it seems like we are going to have to team up with the financial institute and get a lawyer involved. Next step is blasting this company all over social media about our experience and the next step after that is pulling funding and getting a lawyer. This is ridiculous. People, if you are planning on buying a crane look elsewhere, they're all good up until they get their money then it's garbage service
