Francis and Andrew were very patient and helpful during the sales process. Alyana and Michelle were equally patient and helpful explaining the purchase vehicle's features and attempting to sync my Android phone to the car. Ultimately, though, it was Frank and his assistants at the Subaru service center who, after an hour and a half's Herculean effort, got the phone fully synced. Thanks to all for all you did.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The advisor, Devin, was very polite, professional, and patient. I felt like my car was in good hands. My car returned fixed and cleaned (complimentary car wash). I highly recommend this place. I will certainly return.

The "free" courtesy car was an absolute scam. I had the car overnight and put 25 miles on it. 2 weeks later I got a bill for $48 for gas, and they charged my credit card $107 for tolls. I've been calling them for weeks and they do not answer. STAY AWAY!!

Took my wrx in to White Plains Service for a check engine light and to have the brakes checked at 35k miles as they weren’t working great, looked from the outside like the pads weren’t fully contacting the rotors on the front and they marginally passed NYS inspection. They said it was normal wear and not covered under the 3y/36k wear items warranty…changed the pads/rotors myself and the inside of the fronts were only contacting maybe ~50% of the surface!!! (Outside was using about 90%…pics of driver’s front rotor and pads for reference)…rear pads had at most 2mm left at the thickest point and were very unevenly worn.

As for the check engine light they were going to reach out to SOA to see if they’d cover diagnostics as the car was tuned….haven’t received any follow up at all from them since going there 7 weeks ago.

Also asked about wiper inserts under warranty and they said I had aftermarket wipers…I purchased this car new with 5 miles on it and these were the wipers that came with the car!!!

I resolved all of these issues myself at a substantial savings over what they would have charged me.

TLDR; center denied replacing worn and unsafe brakes under warranty, did not replace factory wipers under warranty and did absolutely zero follow up on a check engine light issue when they said they would. I regret even going here and would never trust my safety or that of my family to this service center.

The service at this location could be much better. I had an oil change appointment at 10 AM and dropped my car off at 9:45 AM. They told me they were running a bit behind, which was fine since I had errands. I provided my phone number and requested that they call me when the vehicle was ready, emphasizing not to call my wife as she had a strict work deadline.

Despite my explicit instructions, they called my wife to upsell additional services, disrupting her work. I immediately called them back to reiterate that I would not contact her, yet they called her two more times, showing a blatant disregard for my instructions.

When I returned three hours later to pick up my car, it had been ready for some time, and they had not bothered to inform me, which was disappointing. The lack of communication and disregard for my instructions could have been more professional.

Recently had a very poor experience with the Service Department here. A ball joint broke on my car rendering it inoperable. I called the Service Department beforehand to understand the process of having it towed there. The advisor assured me that we just needed to drop off the car and it will be handled from there. The car was towed to the Service Department just before closing on Saturday. The tow operator warned the Subaru advisors that my car should be left in a certain spot since the driver side tire was inoperable. The Subaru advisor present told him it was okay to just park it in the lot. I signed in with Rubi who told me I would hear back on Monday with what needed to be done and she provided me with a number to text/call with any questions.

Monday morning came and went and I received no updates. I texted the number Rubi provided and received no response, so I called Subaru’s Service Department. Eventually they called back to let me know that they were still figuring out how to move my car into the shop and once they do, they will let me know what needs to be done on the car. Again I heard nothing until Tuesday afternoon, after I had to call again. I tried texting Rubi Tuesday morning and I received no response from her. At this point I was transferred to the manager. The manager explained that they were still figuring out how to move my car into the shop and planned to get it in before the end of the day Tuesday. This was baffling to me as the Subaru Service Department is a full-service mechanic shop. How do they not have the tools on site or protocol in place to move inoperable vehicles?

Essentially, my car wasn’t finished until Thursday. This is unacceptable given that no parts needed to be ordered and the work itself did not take very long (should have been about a 2 hour job). We didn’t even find out what needed to be done on the car until later in the day Wednesday, almost before the Service Department’s closing time. I am extremely disappointed by the overall lack of communication, especially by my initial advisor Rubi. I am even more frustrated about the time it took for my car to make it into the shop. This would have been avoided had the Subaru advisors we spoke with on Saturday listened to the tow operator. But it’s even more confusing that it took a full-service shop almost two days to figure out how to move an inoperable vehicle.

On a final note, we were transferred to Devin as an advisor on Wednesday. Devin was very professional, helpful and made this horrible ordeal a little better.

I found a great car online. I called to make an appointment for a test drive. When I showed up the car was ready. The salesman was very professional and courteous. Everyone who helped me with the purchase was so nice. I highly recommend this dealership.
