The woman working at the print desk today was terrible. I received a call for an item that mistakenly had not been picked up. I provided her with the callers name and what it was. She seemed very uninterested in helping me and almost like I was interrupting her time on her phone which while I had to search back thru emails to try to find an order number She went back to the counter and kept on her phone. I provided her my name She quickly looked and said it wasn't there. After a few mins of her looking at her phone she came back and pulled out the files in the cabinet and sure enough my order was there and she was able to find my item. Very unpleasant demeanor and terrible at customer service

The customer service at this Staples is failing and very poor. I was treated with extreme ignorance by Nicole, at the customer service desk, as I was unaware about a return policy. The attitude I received was unacceptable and speaks true to the many negative reviews noted here. Nicole should not have such a position with such attitude. Clearly there is a gap with management follow through as there are many negative reviews here and the failing customer service is not improving. As a business owner, I spend a lot of money at Staples but will be taking my money to Best Buy where customer service is guaranteed and not this ignorant. ( I never leave bad reviews as I do believe everyone has rough days in retail, but Nicole was angry and very rude and when I mentioned why she was being so rude, she explained it was basically just how she is. Shame on Staples for failing your brand by providing this low level of customer service failure.) And no thank you to the email address for further customer service discussion. I am kind and professional and was gentle with my return inquiry yet was treated like no customer should be. This review needs to be seen and made aware to Niagara ( Welland) residents.

I placed an order online after checking the Staple store#102 website, which showed 4 items available in stock. I purchased 1 for in-store pickup and headed to the location expecting a smooth experience.

When I arrived, the associate at the online pickup desk handed me a completely different item. I pointed out it wasn’t what I ordered, so he went to check the shelves myself. Moments later, the same associate came back and told me the item I had just bought was actually not available—it had supposedly been stolen. All 4 items stolen? Really?

Instead of investigating or offering a solution, the agent rushed to process a refund. I told them clearly: your website inventory is inaccurate and misleading. No apology, no explanation, just a waste of my time.

If the online stock information can’t be trusted, what’s the point of shopping there? Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

She handled everything efficiently and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning for any future printing needs!

The shipping services are terrible. The most recent event was yesterday/today. My price was based on a delivery time for today (overnight) as listed on my receipt (date and time). I paid a lot for that delivery. The package left Staples AFTER the expected delivery time at the destination. I asked to speak to a Manager, but one would not come over, I was not given a refund and they said they had no information about when it will be delivered. Absolutely terrible service yet again from this part of the store.
