Zero quality service. Had 3 things to fix.
1. Oil change - got overfilled.
2. Rebalance tires - car becomes shaking on speeds above 105. The excuse is that I have old tires, that by the way looks good even for their mechanic. their modern balancer spins at low speed.
3. Alignment - got my steering wheel turned a bit left while driving straight. The excuse - this is done based on the manufacturer's requirements.
In addition, without me asking them, I got coolant overfilled and windshield washer fluid topped up for extra charge. The way to fix occurred issues is making another appointment and paying them more money. Thanks, never again.

We called near end of day as travelling through on way to Ontario. Our SUV was shaking and was very uncomfortable driving. They squeezed us in and belied with tire balance and were amazing to deal with. The owners son was very attentive and super knowledgeable. Only charged us 69 dollars and we were underway in less than 45 minutes.

Can’t say enough about these guys….unique experience!

We were on a road trip from PEI to Quebec and the muffler blew in my car. We called every mechanic shop in Fredricton and after 15+ places, the folks at S/S Tire & Auto made our day by saying they’d take a look. After approving the quote, this shop not only got the part there and installed it, we were also in and out within an hour. Fantastic service and we were very appreciative of their empathy and quick work!

Nothing but great things to say about this shop. Their customer service was beyond appreciated and booking with them was fast and easy. We had a big problem with our leisure/work vehicle making it un-drivable. We called them on Monday morning and they had it in the shop first thing that day and back to us the same day. I travelled out of town on business and took my car to S/ S Tire & Auto Service on short notice to replace my tires and the staff was very accommodating, professional and provided superb service that exceeded my expectations. I was able to successfully concluded all II set to do in NB.

I was a client of this place for some years and always appreciated their service. I would always receive estimates and information on what services would be done on my car before it happened. Over the years, trust was built. Until my last service from them. I went in to have my break pads changed and without providing an estimate or getting my consent, they also changed the rotors. The car was in the shop for 2hrs but they charged me for 3.5hrs of labour. At the end of the day, the bill was enormous. My husband looked online to compare the prices and found that they used the most expensive premium break pads and rotors to use from their provider Napa when there were more affordable options $70 less per set that they could have at least told me about, again, providing an estimate and getting my consent before going ahead with the most expensive option. When we went in to discuss our concerns with them, they were adamant that “we never do anything without consent” and “we always provide an estimate” but I have text communications that say otherwise and also found here other reviews from past customers complaining of similar experiences of repairs done without consent. In the end, they took the time to review the bill with us and agreed to refund us the cost of the rotors that were put on without my consent. We made the most out of a stressful situation and I learned what not to do next time. But the biggest disappointment in the end is feeling like I was taken advantage of as a woman for my limited knowledge about car mechanics.
