Went in for a chipped windshield, was the first time dealing with this particular issue. Staff was knowledgeable and kept me updated every step of the way. They were able to repair it instead of replacing the windshield.

I visited this place to have my windshield replaced. The staff members were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Regrettably, during my initial visit, they couldn't carry out the replacement due to an issue with the rubber seal. I had to reschedule, but I appreciated their thorough explanation of the problem and their transparency.

Despite this, I found myself having to reschedule for a second time, and on both occasions, it required some effort on my part to reschedule. In the end, their service was satisfactory.

Excellent expertise in what they do. I had two stone chips on my windshield in a matter of 3 weeks - very unfortunate due to all construction on 404 - and the Speedy Glass team repaired them both very well. I’m super happy with the result as not much showing. Professional management and staff. They know what they are doing. 5 Star! Thank you!

Called multiple times to notify them the change of appointment but was put on hold. I dropped in, then I uncovered the reason. The lady was on the phone with another customer, while I was there for the 8 minutes, she put multiple incoming calls on hold indefinitely. I have had my windshield replaced there before, the quality was good. I think their business is really good and they cannot capture more businesses.

We got a couple of chips repaired on our windshield and had our wipers changed. Excellent Customer Service. Alex does great work and he's very efficient. I would highly recommend this location. This is our second time going here and we will definitely continue to return for services required!!!!!!!

Quick and efficient. Appointment was easy to make online. Having Speedy deal with the insurance company was very convenient. Thanks to Alex at the Richmond Hill location for his patience and insight and thorough explanations for all my questions.

I wish I had gone elsewhere, - This place has no personal touch whatsoever - you are a person that owes them money for work being done, period. The young lady at the front desk has '0' people skills. There are no hello's, how are you's, no thank you's, - I waited 5 mins at reception for her to come out of the washroom and pretend that I was not there.
Had the Tag security system installed. - I filled a form on arrival and signed a form on exit - I was not given an explanation of anything that was installed / done / how it works etc. Other than "call the number on the card if your vehicle gets stolen" there was nothing else. Additionally the info copied from the form I filled was incorrectly input into the computer so the "Certificate of Protection" now has incorrect info, I tried calling Speedy and there is only voice mail. I was there for 1 hour, and I know the lady had time to answer the phone - The only positive was they were punctual and lived up to that.
Over all - Not Impressed at all.
If I was looking to get a windshield or anything done I would seriously consider another place.
