A few weeks ago the entire exhaust system fell off my car in front of Speedy Auto on my way to work. I pulled in, having no idea how I'd be able to get to work or when I'd have a functioning car again. The folks at Speedy Auto somehow managed to immediately take the car in, drove me to work, amazingly had all the right parts and repaired everything in just a few hours, and then picked me back up from work to bring me back to the shop. Easily the best customer service experience I've ever had!! They were incredibly kind, professional and efficient on what would have otherwise been an absolute mess of a day. I'll be recommending them to anyone needing work on their vehicle.

Unfortunately they’re a typical “con because it’s a female brining in a car” I brought them a car that had extremely low km on it & was senior driven and purchased from a dealer. I understand there can still be problems with any used vehicle from a dealer or not, however it wasn’t even up for 10 minutes and they came out and claimed it needed about 5,000$ worth of work claimed the entire rear subframe was completely rotted, bushings, struts rockers etc you name it they claimed it needed fixing. They quoted me at 1200$ just for the “rotted” rear frame. Brought it to another shop the same day and that mechanic brought me in and physically showed me the problems with it which would cost about 1000$ to fix….not 5000$ (rear subframe wasn’t completely rotted was the biggest thing that got me) personally I wouldn’t recommend.

My mom and dad (Tim & Bryna) came in today, when I got off work they were raving about the service, professionalism and care the owner has for their customers. Speedy definitely has speedy service and at a great price. They are down to earth and honest, we will definitely be return customers and would 10/10 recommend them!!

Had an amazing experience at Speedy today. I ordered Lexan for a project and in under an hour they had it ready! Amazing speedy service! The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended!

Pre inspection had one issue, then second inspection had a new issue that had definitely been missed on the first one. Because It wasn't something that breaks in 2 weeks. Made me late for the due date and have a rejection sticker.

Charged for inspection. Told there was a bad tie-rod and it failed inspection. Took it to another mechanic who changed the part and was told there was nothing wrong with the original part. Went back for the sticker and was charged again for the inspection sticker. When questioned, was told that they had contacted the govt to confirm they could charge again and he called the original charge a pre inspection...so they have obviously had this issue with other customers. Then was told if we had of paid him for the work, we wouldn't have been charged for the sticker. We've never had this happen before.

My wife had some odd sounds in her car, they took it in immediately, diagnosed some issues free or charge and tried everything without charging us each step of the way. What could of cost us a large sum of money ended up being peanuts compared. Highly recommend.
