Sam at Solve Appliance repair has been a life saver for me on many occasions. He has repaired my 15+ yr old GE Monogram refrigerator/freezer several times and has also saved my equally old Frigidaire washer and dryer. The appliances I have are all built in and came with the house when I bought it. Trying to find new ones that would fit the existing space would be a nightmare. As a result, I'm so grateful for Sam's consistent fast response, reasonable prices and excellent repairs. Everything he has serviced works great and he has been able to repair things that other companies could not. He is also honest and reliable. He easily could have sold me a new compressor for my fridge, several years ago, but told me I didn't need one. Yesterday he saved me once again when I called to see if he could repair my built-in microwave/oven/hood. Although it wasn't something he works on, he went above and beyond, calling another great repairman for me who was able to come out the next morning to take care of it. I cannot recommend Sam and Solve Appliance Repair enough. They will always be my first call when an appliance needs to be fixed.

I had an issue with my refrigerator that I wanted him to address. Over the phone Sam gave me several tricks to try to see if it was a simple fix so I wouldn't get charged for a visit. I am so appreciative for his honesty and respect for other people's hard earned dollars. I will definitely call him again.

The freezer of my refrigerator was producing too much ice because a technician from Black Diamond appliances damaged the freezer door and would not take responsibility. I called Solve Appliance Repair and was very happy to meet Sam, who immediately solved the problem. I hope I never have a problem again, but if I do, I will call Solve Appliance Repair and request that Sam takes care of the issue. He is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I am very happy that I called Solve Appliance Repair and would recommend Sam without hesitation.

My refrigerator stopped working on Sunday afternoon (Labor weekend).
I called Sam and he was able to come immediately to diagnose the issue and repair it right away, saved me from buying a new computer system or refrigerator.

Shady, shady, shady. Showed up and said my oven needed a super-expensive repair job (for a simple problem) and was super creepy and shady about the money. Called someone else who literally fixed the problem on the spot in five seconds.

If I didn’t have to rate something these ppl would not even get the star that they know they don’t deserve. I’m a single mother with a baby and this man took my money repaired my fridgerator, it lasted only two weeks. But they offer a 30 day warranty, we’ll he refused to stick to his warranty and said was insisting that it was another problem not the issue that he repaired but it was the same issue. I don’t recommend solve appliances is your looking for a good deal or for your appliance to get fixed call PROFESSIONALS CUZ THERE SEEVICE WAS AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DIDNT STIVK TO THERE 30 day warranty. That was a fraud.
