I need to share with the public that I had such a terribly rude encounter with an older lady (with short white hair) that works at this location. I overheard her be incredibly rude and condescending to many other customers in front of me. When I spoke to her, it was about requesting to pick up my passport in person rather than having it mailed due to the Canada post strike. Instead of trying to be helpful and provide a solution to my reasonable request, she laughed in my face, and basically told me to leave. She wouldn’t answer any of my basic questions about where they were keeping my passport and when I could expect to pick it up. She kept trying to get me to leave instead of trying to resolve the issue.
Thank goodness I was able to speak to her younger male colleague (with black hair). He immediately answered my questions, handled my request and solved the issue within minutes. I was appalled by that lady’s behaviour, and feel ashamed that we have people like that representing us as federal public servants. I was hoping to speak to her manager to report the incident, but unfortunately I ran out of time and had to leave. Posting here in case her manager is able to see this review, identify her and take this up in her performance evaluation. Thank you.

The woman with blond straight hair and glasses was rude. She was trying to get rid of us and make us come back another day because one of our applications were incomplete. When I tried to make mine (which was complete) she pretty much sighed and seemed visibly annoyed of our presence. I left work 2hrs 30mins before the end of my shift (because they close so early) to come here and this was the only convenient date we could do this.

Please do better, we don’t all finish work early and some of us try our best to come on time and sometimes it’s hard. Please understand this. You have to be rude. Easy to be kind.

Big line up arriving at 815am. got out by 9am for a quick ROE request.securify guard very helpful and friendly. Lady helping with the request...rude! It's already a stressful experience dealing with CRA and all the different departments (which ideally should get integrated!) So it would have been nice to get answers politely to my questions instead of being rude in responding as if I should know or she can't help so it's not her problem.

There us free parking...at least!

There's a line for passport related applications. For the rest of the services provided here no need to do a line just get here and ask the commissioner at the entry and you will be accommodated inside.
Will provide an update once I'm done with my business today.
