It wasn't the same day and as a matter of fact I was given a 2 hr window from 4-6 and the tech Andrew text me almost 7p.m to tell me he wouldn't make it and he would come the next day. Not happy and I used someone else

Mitch came out quickly and determined in a matter of minutes that I just had an electrical malconnection on my kitchen aid dishwasher, and no need to replace the expensive motherboard! Whew! I so appreciated the speed and his honesty. I’ll be referring and calling him first!

We live in Abacoa and your Samsung dryer wasn't turning on. Called to schedule an appointment and Mitch came out same day. He was very polite, knowlegable and honest with the repair. Gave us a fair price and we went forward with the repair. It was nice to feel like we weren't getting ripped off. Dryer was fixed and it has been working properly ever since. Overall excellent experience.

I called this outfit for a refrigerstor problem after reading their testimonials and reviews. Mistake. The technician that showed up yesterday had no business being on his own. Complete FAIL! It was truly disappointing. The young man that showed didn't have the ability to explain the diagnosis process to me.

I would have preferred someone who understands how to make a customer comfortable with repair process. Putting green repairmen into this market is not the sign of someone who respects our community. Keep looking for quality repairmen.

Not what I had hoped for at all. You get cornered into a house call where they need to order parts... you will pay XX.XX amount for the house call on the spot. Later that day, they call you with some outrageous repair quote. Straight hustle. Stay away.

We have a Kenmore freezer that, despite being only a couple of years old, was making strange sounds and not making ice. I was tempted to just go buy a new one because we had guests coming into town. I called Same Day Appliance Repair and they were there in less than an hour. Turned out to be a relatively minor part that had snapped.

The tech replaced it and I was back in business in less time than it would have taken me to get a new one home.
I would definitely record them, they are fast!

Not answering the phone numbers on their website anymore. Only the number listed on Google, and then the phone is not answered as Same Day Appliance Repair. This says to me the company changed hands or was bought out. Might to be the same people/quality anymore.
