I had my Subaru Outback 3.6 R serviced there recently. Overall, the staff were awesome. I got in for a diagnosis immediately and then was able to schedule an appointment later in the week, when it fit my schedule.

As a busy professional, their accommodation of my schedule was clutch (no pun intended). My service was performed in the time frame estimated, and at the exact cost quoted.

This shop will be my go to for now on !

I have 2006 Porsche cayenne. I took it to Oakville Porsche dealership for recall. It came back to me with many issues that I didn't have before. I brought my vehicle to these guys, and these guys kept it for a month. My car was fixed. It was corroded wires and my bill came up to $1517 CAD. Great service my car runs like mint with no issues. Mr jack call me the following day to confirm my car is not giving any issue. Very knowledgeable, 100 percent referral

Another trip 2023 cost me $3500 CAD
for my 2001 highlander knock sensor kit, and Cayenne bearing and 02 sensor as well they fixed my oil pan because drain plug insert was slightly stripped. They are not your average mechanic. They charge more because they are highly trained and experts.

The labour is expensive. I did some investigation and I was able to do the same work at a lower cost and same value using non chinese parts.. changing a serpentine belt that cost between $40 to $60 (original part) with labour $250 is pretty high imo. Unless you have money to throw away, you can use them, but I would shop around a bit, their pricing was in the same range as the dealership

TLDR: IF YOUR VEHICLE IS OVER 10 YEARS OLD, DON'T BOTHER GETTING A SAFETY HERE, THEY ARE VERY VERY VERY STRICT AND WILL FAIL YOU FOR SMALL THINGS. $160 and a hour of your time.

Went to get a safety today and wasn't satisfied. For reference, I am a motorcycle mechanic so i am pretty mechanically inclined and well versed in vehicles.

Went in for an older 2007 SUV that was in very good shape and recently had a lot of work done to to about 1 year ago, It also passed safety too (1 year ago).

They claimed i had a exhaust leak (it did not), Lower Control Arms (Minor Bushing Cracked, no movement) and i needed New Calipers, Pads and Rotors .

The guy at the counter said i had to fix all this to pass safety. When i wanted to go see the issues. There was no exhaust leak, The flange was a little rusted but no leak. 1 caliper had a very very minor leak and they said i needed new Caliper (Fair enough) , Next claim was one of them had a seized pin so it was to be replaced... Normally you would just remove the pin and re-grease them and your good (i will check this myself later) , they said needed new break Pads. they are only 6 months old and this is just not true they are plenty thick. For some odd reason they decided i needed new Rotors as well. the Rotors are perfectly fine, rotor had no groves and the thickness (which i will measure myself later) looked very good.

My tires are older yes but perfectly safe to be used, But they all are above wear marks. They claimed they were Cracking (i will post pictures later to prove this is not true as well as wear indicator).

They only thing that i agree with is the parking brake which i knew wasn't working before hand and didn't realize it was needed as i NEVER use it.

I am very safety oriented, an i understand that lot of cars on the roads these days are super bad. But the overall condition of my car is pretty excellent.

If you have a vehicle that's a little older. Most likely it will have small cracks in the bushings because of its age but still usable (no excessive movement or noise), They will make you replace it costing hundreds to pass safety.

I saw all the positive reviews and came to this specific shop, but don't be mislead. the rest is up to you.
