We had issues with a pc that wouldn't turn on. All our troubleshooting couldn't resolve it. We had taken to another shop in town, and they said it would be 12 days before they could look at it. I dont know many people who can wait 2 weeks for their computer. We came to response i.t. on a friends suggestion. We dropped it off Friday and picked up a very clean and tidy working computer on Wednesday. There were no surprise costs. They told us the upfront the fee for the techs time. Aside from that, we replaced the broken part, and they were very accommodating. Will return and suggest for any others we know looking for this service. Thanks, guys!

There's always someone to quickly take a call, and the technicians all do a great job, responding to our tech issues quickly, whether by dialing in remotely, or coming in person. The name 'Response I.T.' is appropriate, as the team there has been very responsive to our needs.
