When I called for assistance with my washer that was shaking violently when in spin cycles. Aydin knew exactly what it could be, inspected it and informed me it would be 90% fixable. We agreed and scheduled the repair.
Communication was fantastic and one time for appointments, early in fact, but only after confirming it was ok to be early.
Washer was fixed exactly as described and now we can wash with confidence again!
Highly recommended and will call first next time anything might fall in his wheelhouse, which is all home appliances!

My oven and stove was randomly turning on and off and then seemed to quick working. I pulled it away from wall and it turned on and worked again. So pushed back and it all

Our wall unit’s oven fan stopped working in our 3 year old inventory home and of course the part for it was discontinued. However; the tech Aydin and the other tech with him, were able to immediately get it ordered and promptly brought it to the house within a couple of days. The part was quickly installed. I got jerked around all day by another local company to whom I was a returning customer and finally I called Renovator. Even-though it was in late afternoon, surprisingly they offered me a same day appointment with a diagnostic fee cheaper than the other company. Aydin showed up within the time window they had promised me and during the entire diagnostic and repair process he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. He neatly opened up my entire washer and laid down every screw and small piece in order, just like a surgeon in an operating room. I was very impressed and pleased with the entire process and a day that had started with chaos ended with clean sheets and peace of mind. Highly recommended.
