Went in with my old civic that needed some work. I asked them to change many things but they said let us inspect it before throwing parts at it. Shout out to Moe up front for helping out. Upon inspection, reasonable fee, they said let's start with these items. Impressed so far. They offered me a shuttle to work and had snacks with a comfortable waiting area.

Old cars often have issues with bolt extraction so they had to order some parts which delayed the process after some bolt seized up. They communicated with me apologizing for the delay but I understand this is how old car repairs work in salty climates. Appreciate the technicians patience! They extracted the bolt and left no damage.

Long story short my repair ended up costing about 75% less than I was anticipating due to their recommendations that the other stuff doesn't need replacement.

Car drives amazing again. Thanks for taking care of it as well as I do. Will be back!

Our son took his car there spoke to Moe and he assured us that he had 13 competent mechanics to work on our son's car. They did a pretty big job on the car and assured that the car would be back in 4 days. One thing led to another and we didn't get the car back for 2 weeks when we got the car back it leaked oil we had to wait at least another week to get an appointment . Then we had to pay for them to assess the problem that was not there before they took the car apart. After they told us what was wrong with the car they didn't give us an appointment to have it fixed still haven't heard from them. Seems like you're more worried taking people's money and about a bad review than a satisfied customer. Shame on you!

First time going to this shop and I'm very impressed. I have a Ram with a 9 inch lift and many other shops I've been to have had issues working on it, but these guys had no problems at all. Extremely professional place and great people. Fast service and good quality work. Also loved how they keep me updated with text messages throughout the process. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend!

I’ve been through 2 other shops and Redline was able to fix the problems I kept bringing up to my previous mechanic who still couldn’t get my car running and wouldn’t listen to me.
