Robert is the most trustworthy, honest, straight-talking, and generous mechanic I've ever encountered. His prices are always fair, he explains everything patiently and clearly and kindly, he is uncommonly giving of his time and practical advice, and he has never pressured or rushed me to make a decision -- which can take me a while, especially with car stuff.
