They give free analysis and tell you what your complete automobile needs, but they do not push anything on their customers. It is the customers decision, and I made the right decision.

Awful place. Paid over $2k for fixing AC and my AC never worked! Took it back 3 times (it was under warranty) and they always had a different excuse. If you look at all the 1 star reviews they are ALL about AC and that obviously speaks for itself.
One old bearded guy very rude and sarcastic told me I wasn’t able to get a refund, if I wanted it to ‘get fixed’ I needed to pay something else now, but they always had a different reason to want to charge more

Premium automotive charges about 200 to 300 for every test so don’t be surprised if you owe them about $500 before they even start working on your car. This shop charges twice as much as a dealership, but with mediocre work. They adamantly refuse to honor their warranty and will charge you to check their own work. This is the second time that they have let me out to dry when their “master tech” fails to do the job correctly, You may feel a dealership is expensive, but believe me compared to this shop a dealership is the better choice.

Because of the extensive front suspension damage I wanted my car to be worked on by mechanics w/VW experience. I ultimately choose Premium Automotive Services because they are a locally owned & operated family business.

The following is a mixed list of experiences I had in the 71 days it took them to finish my car.
-I was told my car was ready for pickup & subsequently waited another 7 days bc they had failed to install a new AC condenser I notified them about multiple times.
-The hood doesn’t close correctly this wasn’t even taken in consideration.
-They wasted time rebuilding a front bumper support bracket that should’ve been replaced for $27 new. The bumper rebuild was done poorly and unprofessionally.
-The paint job on the front bumper has orange peel & overspray. The amount of gloss and/or clearcoat used was done incorrectly fresh paint is dull compared to factory.
-There are pieces missing from the honeycomb design that are broken off & large chips are missing from various sections from the front lip.
-Failed to install a front lip spoiler.
-I specifically informed them to be sure to repair the fog lights wiring connectors. I had to fix them myself but I am having to order a new light harness and will have to pull the bumper off again.
-The fog lights have white overspray on them.
-If your call isn’t answered at the location you dialed, it’s transferred to another Premium Automotive location who have no information on your vehicle.

I want to be fair so I will talk about the what they did right.
-There was a lot of damage that could’ve effected the alignment & smoothness of the ride & none of that is present.
-The car drives really great & they detailed the interior and washed exterior body & wheels.

What's disappointing that I attempted to communicate, multiple times using various methods & ended up in this nightmare because of lack of communication seems unacceptable to me. If I had read this review I would've gone elsewhere. Not having my vehicle for 10 weeks impacted me financially & all the misguided information that was being relayed made it impossible for me setup a plan of action to support myself better. I’m glad it’s over, I’m grateful to god they were able to get it done.

Went in for a headlight that went out it sounded simple enough. I got an email the next day that parts and labor were gonna be $1,800!!! I called western auto parts and they had the entire headlight assembly which i needed for $320 bucks. These guys wanted $1,500 for labor just to swap a headlight. Never coming back again.

First time at this car repair shop. Clean environment and friendly staff. My AC was blowing hot in my car. Paid $2,200 for a new AC compressor. Picked up car and drove away and the AC was still blowing hot. Took it back in and they recommended another service of $2,500. Long story short this folks don’t know what they are doing so I left. I will never go back and I will never recommend this shop.

Great customer service by Robert and Joe!! They went above and beyond and they seemed very knowledgeable explained the whole process from beginning to end for a repair. Definitely recommend!!

I think I got ripped off!! I took my truck there because I read good review about this business. My truck had the engine light on, so I took it so they could diagnose it and fix the problem. Well when they emailed me what the problem was, they said the battery had to be replaced. it was $607.56 for battery, labor and testing. Than after all that was done they told me that the truck was still hesitating when they drove it around to test the performance. They asked me if I wanted them to run a diagnostic test that was 2 hour long, so I agree to it, well at the end they ended up telling me that they did not find anything, that the only thing that the mechanic noticed was that the truck had very little oil, and if I wanted them to do an oil change. So I agreed. Bottom line is my truck's engine light still comes on, the problem was not fixed and I don't even think it needed a battery!!! SCAM! Sorry but I feel that they took advantage of the situation, and sucked it to me!! I ended paying $1,065.80! Never again shall I take it to that place. NEVER!!!
