Réalisant un road trip avec étapes à respecter, nous nous sommes présenté à Point S, pour une crevaison lente. Le clou était visible sur le pneu.
Nous avons attendu plus de deux heures pour une réparation qui n'a pris qu'1/4 d'heure.
Le gars de l'accueil n'était vraiment pas sympathique et n'a pas tenu compte que nous étions pressés.
Bref pas de stress, il y a point S , c'est de la publicité mensongère.
Je modifie ce jour mon commentaire car nous constatons, malgré la "réparation", une baisse de pression journalière. Bref, pas très sérieux tout ça...

Excellent accueil et réparation rapide . Véhicule pris en charge dès l'ouverture suite à une crevaison. Des clients arrivent sans cesse pendant nos 45 minutes sur place, les employés s"occupent très vite des véhicules. Très bonne adresse.

Appreciate these dudes taking care of business today. Another shop told me I'd need to leave it all day - they were booked up. But these guys got me in and fixed up my valve core free of charge - totally unexpected. Thanks!

Really outstanding service. Had a nail in a tire on Saturday morning. They are the only place open within a 1.5 hour drive on the weekend. Squeezed me in and fixed the tire before they closed at noon. What a lifesaver, and the cost for the repair was great. Thanks!

Everyone was super helpful and incredibly nice. We ran into an issue with our start ignition button on a rental car and although they were really busy, they still offered to take a look. After just a few minutes they were able to get it working again and back on the road. Saved our vacation!

All I can say is, "WOW"! We were returning from a two month RV caravan when a valve stem on our Airstream back axle tire started a major leak. We found a spot to pull over and swapped out the tire with our spare. We stopped in Moab UT around 3 pm and I called around to see who might install a new valve stem before continuing our journey. I didn't want to travel home without a spare. Point S Moab Tire is the only shop that agreed to get us in first thing tomorrow morning. I decided to drop the tire off this evening since they close at 5 pm and they'd have it first thing tomorrow. There was one other complication . . . the wheel had a Tyron bead lock ring on it which very much complicates the repair issue. The tech's had never seen nor heard of such a thing and it became a challenge that they would not give into. 30 minutes later the job was completed and no more bead lock ring so the next time we have a tire problem, it will be a quick fix. Everyone at Point S Moab Tire could not have been more accommodating nor gracious. They are definitely a 5 Star organization in my book and I will sing their praises far and wide. Thank you!

The “manager” and shop has been avoiding my calls for a week now.
I dropped my truck off for an oil change and head light replacement. When I picked my truck up the headlight was not working like I paid for, my ac had stopped working and within a few hours of leaving the shop I had a completely flat tire. I tried to ask if something happened to my truck while it was with them and no response. They also did not put a sticker indicating when my next oil change is needed and did not reset the controls so two days later my change oil light came on. I would appreciate a call from their corporate office/owner since the manager is refusing the speak to me.

On a 6 week camping trip across the US. Realized after 4500 miles that I needed a wheel alignment…. Went to Point S Tires. They took me right in, and did a great job at a very fair price. Friendly and knowledgeable.
