The team quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the spark plugs, and had my car running smoothly again in no time. The service was top-notch, and the price was very reasonable. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend Phoenix Automotive for anyone in need of quality auto repair. Great service all around!

Great fast and accurate service first thing in the morning for a tire repair. I had a nail in my tire and the service crew took my car in right away. They did a great job identifying the nail, removed the tire from the rim and patched the tire properly. They double checked for leaks and had the tire reinstalled in 20 mins. The price was reasonable but the immediate early morning service when I was stuck was much appreciated. Thank you

I had been having ongoing issues with my car even after getting repairs done by my mechanic. After a few days, the problem resurfaced, and I was getting frustrated. A friend recommended Phoenix Automotive at Tecumseh West, so I decided to give them a try.
They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a solution at a very reasonable price. It's been over a week now, and my car is running smoothly. I've even made two round trips to the GTA without any issues, which is a huge relief!
I'm very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Phoenix Automotive for anyone needing reliable and affordable car repairs.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this workshop, primarily due to the owner, who was extremely rude and had no manners when dealing with customers. I went in for a tire swap, and he initially quoted me $100. After looking at the tire, he said the nuts were wheel locks and suddenly claimed it would cost $180, including new nuts. I waited for an hour, and he only used a drill to remove the tire—no extra tools or effort involved.

When the job was finally done, he charged me $230 —$130 for the tire swap and $100 for nuts on all four wheels. He never mentioned that each nut would cost $5 upfront, and his attitude was completely unprofessional and dismissive. When I said I could get the nuts from Canadian Tire, he rudely insisted he would either put back the old ones or charge me for his own, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Additionally, I needed to swap the LED bulb in my 2023 Elantra. The owner quoted me $100, claiming he needed to remove the bumper. However, when I spoke to his mechanic, I found out it was a quick five-minute job. The owner then backtracked and offered to do it for $50, which only added to my frustration.

This place is a complete scam. The owner is unprofessional and lacks any sense of customer service. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this workshop. There are plenty of other places where you'll be treated with respect and honesty!

Took my truck to get tires put on my rims and installed on my truck Saturday Dec. 7th. Got home and noticed damaged on two of my rims that was not there before. Likely the rim seized to the router so they hit it with a hammer to release if from the rim marking the paint. Went back to talk to the owner? He denied any responsibility. Washed my truck the day after, noticed a circular scratch on a third rim, I didn't take it back to show them and have them deniy responsibility again. December 8th when driving at highway speed my truck shook violently, leading me to realize the tires were not balanced properly. Went to Mr. Lube to get the tires rebalanced due to the trust of Phoenix auto. being broken from the experience the two days before. Asked the Mr. Lube tech to tell me how out of balance the tires were. Was told front tires 0.75 and 1.75 Rear tires 3.5 and 4.5 , was told each number is a gram of weight to be added. The tire that was 4.5 had no weights at all.

Dealership stripped the lug nuts on my car putting on the winters. When I was switching back to the summer tires found the lug nuts completely stripped and impossible to remove with my limited tools and my wife needed the car the next morning. Called around and these guys were willing to have me bring the car in when they were 30 mins from closing and I lived 20 mins away. They got them off and replaced the nuts for me when no one else would do it last minute. Honestly to me that earns 5 stars for my experience as every other shop just shut me down.
