Six months ago we decided to look at the Maverick trucks and as we were checking them out a young lady with a huge smile approached us to see if we needed any help. She introduced herself as Gabby, a sales associate at Peninsula Ford. We ended up doing a test drive with her and then took a few days to make a decision. In August we sat down with Gabby and she answered all of our questions and we ended up ordering a 2025 Maverick Lariet. Over the next six months she was always there for us, checking the order status, giving us a tracking line and answering anything us we needed to know. Our truck came in February 14/25 and she was right there letting us know it had finally arrived..when we picked it up this week there was Gabby walking us through all of the paperwork even printing us off our temporary insurance form.
If you are contemplating a vehicle from Peninsula Ford we highly recommend you ask for GABBY.

Service took longer than expected, and I felt rather neglected. Staff seems to have changed considerably, so perhaps it is just a learning curve. Disappointed, but hopefully they will regain the customer friendly service they used to have.
