Took my wife's car to this place last month because one of tire was flat. They advice to change all 4 tires and i took their advice and let them change the tires. One day after when my wife was driving on 16 ave(90km/hr) driver side front tire came off. She was 8 months pregnant that time. She is still traumatized with it and scared to drive. Luckily she was able to stop the car safely and was not hurt. It seems like their prices are cheaper as compared to other places but keep in mind you are putting your life in danger if something like this happens or damange your car. Please if you are reading this review and something like this happens to you please contact me. I am trying to gather more information and hopefully stop them from putting people's life in danger. Please comment under if something like this happens to you.

I stopped by their shop after work on a Friday and briefly explained the suspension issues I was having on my Explorer. I booked an appointment for the following Monday morning, dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 AM.
The issues were quickly diagnosed and I was given a quote for work to be performed.
Everything was was completed on time and on price, I was extremely satisfied with customer service, quality of work and price.
Paris Auto will definitely be my go-to mechanical shop in the future.

We had the best experience at Paris Auto. We were heading to a family dinner when we noticed that one of our tires was completely flat. I put enough air in it to get it to a shop and called Mr. Lube and they said they could take it. Once we got there they said that they didn’t have time actually to do it before closing and that we should come back tomorrow. Paris Auto was the next closest shop so we decided to try it. They took us in towards the end of the day without an appointment and got our tire patched quickly and we were able to get our day back. All the staff were really nice to us and one of the staff even gave my 3 year old a toy to play with while we were waiting. Overall amazing experience.

I have been going here for the last 4-5 years. Mainly to get oil change and tires swapped. It has always been a good experience except for this time which is why I gave it 3 instead of 1.

A few years ago when I went to get my tires swapped, the mechanic (from this place) had informed me that one of my tires was bald and one was almost bald and may only last one more season. So with that info I got a new set of 4 tires. Then one from the new set got flat.
For this winter, I came with 6 tires.. 2 from new set and 4 from old set because I didn't know which tire was bald. I had been using all weather tires and was told by friends and family that it was not good for Canadian weather. Well... When I took it to the shop, the mechanic apparently said there is no bald tires, they are all usable for winter and the tires I have on currently are good enough for this weather. I haven't had a chance to test it out since we had a relatively warm December. Then when it snowed a bit, I skid and landed in a ditch!! The guy who towed me out said I had terrible tires for winter. On the same day I also spun 180. I was going on low speed (30 kms/hr or less) both times. Fortunately both times it was a deserted road else I could easily have gotten into an accident. I was very disappointed with this service. Whoever the mechanic is was very unprofessional and should not be allowed to inspect cars since he said tires that aren't safe to drive are safe.
Since this is an auto shop, I obviously had a proper mechanic the previous time from the same location but not this time. It seems there are a mix of good and bad mechanics in this place so be careful.

If I had to rate my last experience, I would give it 1 star if I could. It's 3 stars only due to previous experiences.

Left with my oil not filled correctly, returned after driving on highway and car giving me a warning that not enough oil was in it. They brought car back and then said it was finished a few minutes later. I got home and checked my oil and found out it was under filled again after the warning light came on again driving home. Should check to see how much oil a car needs, especially if a customer returns with a complaint about it 20 minutes after leaving. Could have really messed up an engine.

Booked an appointment for service, got in right away. They did a great job of service and repair. Work was done right away and VERY reasonably priced. Definitely will go back for future work.

Took my European car here to get some work done, the work was completed on time and on budget with no surprises. The shop foreman Hanoz explained everything to me and didn't overcharge.

I'll definitely use this shop again for repairs.
