I had to get my baby towed to Kia and TJ came out for my CAA call and picked uo my car and he did an amazing job and he's an amazing person. I Give a million star review for him doing a great job with my car and he really enjoys his job and it shows. He fast friendly and has a great personality for the job. I had the unfortunate reality this morning on my way into work, after hitting a deer 🦌

I called Owen Sound Towing Service and requested a tow to their yard, in order to proceed with insurance purposes. The driver showed up in a very timely manner, very pleasant and really took a lot of my initial stress off my back considering the situation at hand.

I would highly recommend this company for service, they really make you feel comfortable and no pressure in the whole process regarding payment up front, and where more than pleasant with the whole process, taking some of the stress off me considering the incident that just occurred.

The guys at the shop where also very helpful in giving general advice on what to expect from the insurance company, again easing my mind under the circumstances. Very polite, and welcoming.

Keep up the great work gentlemen, I truly wish you all the best! And look forward to using your services in the future.

Thank you for keeping the roads safe. I was in a very bad situation at Talisman Hill on Grey road 7 and Devon knew his stuff!! I called four other tow truck companies and they dare not tackle this hill but this company did. Thank God! Thank you again for being an Angel in disguise or I might of spent Christmas with the trees!!

They showed up quickly. Getting my car loaded onto their flatbed required some specialized knowledge and care. The driver was VERY careful and courteous.

Horrible experience and the owner was very unprofessional. Brought my truck into this shop for its annual inspection they said it needed $5k worth of work so I said okay do the work. Got the truck back drove it and it drove like garbage all over the road steering wheel was fighting me to keep straight so I called the owner and the mechanic and owner said the ball joints just takes about 3 weeks to work in and that’s normal. I found that very strange so I took the truck to a ford dealership and they told me o.s towing installed the ball joints incorrectly plus other things as well and that they can fix the mess this shop has done. Cost me another $1000 but after all that it was at least correct and safe to drive. O.S towing wouldn’t compensate me for the cost and actually just told me not to return back. I highly recommend thinking twice before getting your vehicle fixed here and make sure to at least get a second opinion from another shop. Night mare experience from this shop in every aspect and I can’t believe this shop is actually in business.
