Bought our 2016 Sorento SX 2.0T at Owen Sound Kia in April of 2015. Had a great experience with respect to the sale, and over the years have come to also appreciate the excellent service provided at this dealership. I could relate quite a few instances where Hardie and/or his service team went beyond the norm, and frankly surprised me with the professional way they performed their duties and particularly with the way we have been treated. When it came time to replace our Sorento, I looked long and hard at other brands, but was reluctant to leave this dealership for the unknown. Fortunately, we were able to find a suitable replacement in the Kia model line-up, and purchased our 2025 Kia Sorento PHEV SX in late October of 2024, from Alex Morris at Owen Sound Kia. We received what I consider to be a fair deal, and the logistics were handled efficiently. I don’t know if this experience makes me brand-loyal, but I just might be dealership-loyal.

would I recommend? No. Attempted to purchase a car. Because I live in another province, staff thought the process would be very complicated. It was because they wanted it complicated. I was told i could do a cash deal or deal with everything (financing, shipping) myself from my province. They have very little understanding of laws about registering, driving, and insurance. I got the feeling as i was out of province, they did not want to deal with me. if I did pursue, all effort was to be placed on my shoulders.
