First timer at Owen Sound Honda.. and had great customer service today!! I'm away from home and had a weird loud humming noise coming from my cabin fan. Called and talked to Natasha at service who was so kind and suggested I pop in so they could have a look. They were a little backed up when I went by so I went and did a little shopping and came back. One of the mechanics, Rod, came right out, diagnosed and fixed my issue immediately and had me back on the road in no time! I am grateful to know a dealership and service center I can trust and rely on. Thanks so much from this happy girl!

Stop to use Honda's DC fast charger after the IVY

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave me all the info I needed to make a decision that was best for me and helped me find the right vehicle for my budget and needs. Steve, from the get-go, was transparent and honest about the entire process. He worked very hard to get top-dollar for my trade in, provided key-knowledge regarding my intended vehicle and was communicative throughout the process.

Society likes to say, buying a vehicle from the dealership is one of the most stressful things, one can do in their lifetime. That just isn't true with Owen Sound Honda.

The service we received from umar at Owen Sound Honda was absolutely top notch! From the moment we enquired about a new vehicle to leese , he was very dependable with very quick response time in terms of answering questions and providing information! He was so informative and made sure we had all of the information we needed. He gave us 2 days updates as to the status of where our new CRV 2023 was in terms of delivery. no questions unanswered! update: it took 1.5 months to fix and they tried to charge me retroactively for the warranty's rental car when I couldn't pick up my truck within a ~2 hour notice of it being repaired. Just consistently awful experience here.

Good luck getting help with your Honda vehicle at this dealership. I needed help checking whether the transmission on my truck was still under warranty. They said they would check, didn’t get back to me and when I called to follow up they told me they’d call me back later. They never did. The person who answered my call gave off a strong “can’t be bothered” energy. I even explained that my truck can’t be driven because of the issue and it was an emergency. They really don’t care at all!
