Service and sales are incredibly helpful and friendly. Case in point - once we had to drop our vehicle off for a new vehicle service and they were backlogged and the shuttle was dropping customers off and I needed to get back to work. So instead of just letting us flounder they offered their demo vehicle to have my husband drop me off at work and he would go back and wait for the service to be completed. Fantastic experience from start to end. Got in touch with Mary wrt a Power Wagon and within 1 day and a few conversation we agreed to a fair price for both parties. Coming from the Niagara region, this was the easiest dealership to communicate with over the phone. I’ve tried with 7 other dealers in Ontario and Quebec over the last 5 months and did not have the confidence to make the drive, until I found Mary at Owen Sound.

I showed up after 10am (2.5hr commute ), went for a test drive, and while completing the financing with Jared they had a team member go to the ministry to complete the vehicle registration/ ownership. I was out of there in under 2 hours.
Thanks Owen Sound Chrysler, will definitely look to you again when the time comes.

Took in a Scat pack with the shaker hood scoop. They’re a little tricky to get the scoop off so I figured it should go to a Chrysler dealer rather than quick lube or similar. My hood scoop ended up with 2 big gouges in it, a car that's seen rain maybe 3 times.

I would assume this was the typical new kid who got told go change the oil and decided a screw driver on my paint would be the best approach to pry it open. I didn't notice till I got home and never even thought to take before photos. Very disappointed, quick lube just did my recent oil change and did such a great job, the young man there knew exactly what to do for the scoop.

I recently took my vehicle into OwenSound Chrysler for service. From my first phone call with Becky to picking up my vehicle she was very polite and excellent to work with. Unfortunately they did not have any loner vehicle available but overall I am very satisfied with her level of customer service. I will be dealing with this location moving forward over the Port Elgin location.

Friendly staff, I was looked after promptly, the service department fixed me up without an issue and I was given a new loaner which I apreciated. Not what I expected from a Chrysler dealer to be honest.

If the option was available Owen Sound Chrysler would have been given a 10 star rating. Glad to see customer service is still alive in some businesses. Everyone was extremally helpful and courteous. Amanda and Rebecca the service advisers help make my visit a very peasant and knowable and kept me informed. The problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. the warranty process with Nation Wide went without a hitch. While waiting, I guess, I think I had a worried look on my face, because Todd Harris the service manger came over to let me know what was happening and approximately how much longer it should take to finish. I could stop looking at my watch and relax.
All in all I left there feeling like their goal was to make my visit as comfortable as possible and they passed with flying colors.
