This review is mainly for Corey, though he was operating out of the shop. Corey sold me a set of rims and winter tires, (used, but claimed to have no issues other than visual appearance). First problem was the tires being mismatched and much lower tread than described, and later a sidewall puncture was discovered in one of the better tires. When confronted, he claimed he was unaware and stated that he “wasn’t going to do anything about it.” He was nice to deal with initially, but handled this situation poorly. Doesn’t represent an otherwise reputable seeming business well.

I went to Ott’s for the first time earlier this year in an emergency, and I wasn’t disappointed by their friendliness and customer service, as well as being honest and upfront about what’s going on with your vehicle. There is no surprises with Ott’s, and honestly you can tell it’s a good atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

I called again today because my car wouldn’t start, and even though they are swamped and couldn’t fit me in until maybe late, week which didn’t work for me, the person I was speaking too said if I couldn’t find another garage to let them know and maybe they could get me a loaner car for a couple days until they could maybe squeeze me in. Unfortunately I need my vehicle for this weekend and couldn’t fall back on that, however this response from them is just another check box in the customer service area and the reason I was reminded I needed to write my 5 star review! I don’t think anyone would regret making Ott’s their regular auto shop.

My car broke down at gas station down the street last Wednesday night. I was able to get it to Otts that night. They were able to fit me in on Thursday. Problem was diagnosed quickly was given estimate and no surprises on the bill. Friendly courteous and good communication. Thanks again! Jerry Daniel.

I have had thr pleasure of going twice now. The first time it was for a flat and they fixed it up and had me back on the road in less than an hour. offered coffee or tea and yummy shortbread cookies that were from Christmas. You bet I ordered some online lol. The second time was again for the same tire but this time I had a nail. they were able to fit me in the same day and even though they didn't have the tire they ordered it and I went in the next morning and had it on in the time it took me to make a coffee.
Moved to Hespeler a year ago so wasn't sure where to go for things, and was recommended Ott's and so glad I was.

I had two fantastic experiences at Ott's Auto. The staff are professional, honest and kind. They are transparent and take time to share your options so you can make an informed choice.

I was reading the reviews as I was looking for a truely honest shop. What was the recourse of action taken about the last review for his brand new tires that were burned off from an improper alignment in your own words? With "safety first" as your moto, wouldn't a proper alignment fall under that category so a customer doesn't have a tire possibly blow out or potentially the car pulling in a random direction and into another car?
