DO NOT USE THEM! brought my driveline for a commercial truck here to have it repaired, Yokes replaced, u-joints replaced, carrier bearings replaced, and balanced driveshafts. About $2700 worth. Less then 10,000 miles later the u joints had play in them, and the u joint caps were loosely spinning inside the saddle clamps and yokes with the truck sitting at idle. After calling them and talking to the owner (Tony Bugai) I sent videos (I tried to upload these here but it won’t let me) and explained this to him, he acted shocked when I asked what the warranty was because “they never have any issues with anything they offer” initially he seem anxious to find a solution and seemed as if he wanted to make it right then he fell off the map and wouldn’t respond to my texts. The shop I had fix it says they have trucks come in regularly that have had driveline repairs done at northwest driveline. I’m an honest small business and shops like this make it that much harder for us. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

Best place, owner was here when we came, came out for like 30 minutes. It felt actually human like, they were business man, but also fellow truckers trying to help out other truckers, sure it was a little expensive, but not long at all. We got the best deal, best discussions, for once I feel like I found a place that’s trying to help out their customers, not just take their money,
Will be coming back until my dad’s trucking days are over.

Literally Worst Customer Service Ever, I Bought a $800 part for it to be malfunctioned!! Did not drive it not even an Hr for it to BURN UP!!! Per employees burnt up for not getting oil WELL DUH the pump does NOT WORK! DOES IT NOT LOOK PAINTED OVER?!!! Sat there and argued with the manager & employees( HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES )theres no WAY i brought the receipt for them not to reimburse me or even EXCHANGE!!! They will be loosing customers from TRUCKERS

I need a custom 2 piece driveshaft for my lowered truck. The factory 1 piece rubbed and was in danger of breaking one day. These guys built me a completely new driveshaft in less than 24 hours and were cheaper than I was quoted at 2 other shops. I would recommend them to others wanting good work.

I would like to express profound gratitude and appreciation of the service that the Northwest drivetrain center provided for us. We couldn't find a used drive shaft for our truck.
These guys literally follow their core values to T. If they don't have it they will get it for you .

It's ironic to say that we run an 18 wheeler salvage yard in houston, trucks square Inc. we did not have this part.

I strongly recommend these drive train repair and rebuild shop for any truck driver.

First experience was great, charged me like 50-60 bucks to balance my drive shaft. Couldn’t have asked for more, they even painted it for me…went back kinda hoping to do business with them again but they ask for too much money “custom building” a drive shaft. I was asked how much I would spend to replace it and I said about 300. 150-175 gets me an OE replacement non rebuildable and 346 plus tax and free shipping gets me a custom one with rebuildable U joints for my vehicle the gentleman said about 600 to build one. (insert Roblox death sound here). Yea….no thanks. It made sense to charge 600ish for the second shaft I presented but the first one really bamboozled me. I just recommend people to do research before hand, I was curious and wanted to see what they offered. My shaft is not rebuildable but I sourced a rebuildable version custom made from a reputable shop that supports my vehicle make and thought 346 was a bit, now I don’t feel bad spending it.
