I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service at NAPA AUTOPRO - Driscoll’s Automotive Service Ltd. They took me in at the last minute to service my late mother’s vehicle during a very sensitive and difficult time. The team went out of their way to get me into the shop ASAP and had the vehicle in tip-top shape in record time.

I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding customer service from Driscolls. Shane took the time to thoroughly explain all the issues, prioritizing safety and providing me with peace of mind. The pricing was also outstanding.

I highly recommend Driscoll’s Automotive Service Ltd and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service and maintenance. Thank you.

Very disappointed and they're not honest. I been there for MVI and they told me I need some other service which will cost 1400. That was my 2nd time visit for MVI. First time they said another issue that i fixed then 2nd time they were telling some other service needed. My question was why then they never mentioned it before when i was there at the first time. I had doubts that's why i been to OK Tire and i got my MVI done without any issues. The service i got from Napa Auto it's too disappointing.they're just into trick and rob people

Above and beyond service.. I was told by other shops near by 4 weeks, Driscolls got me in next day! Ice cold AC again, the timing was crutial, and they got it done! and pricing was great! thanks to Shane and the team!!!!

Unfortunately, as a young woman I can say I do not recommend any other women attempt to get services done in this shop. I went in April 2023 to get my car inspected (MVI) and as soon as I showed up for my appointment, I was told that they may not have enough time to do all of the work needed to my car so they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. This was before they had even looked at the vehicle. I told them I didn’t want any work done. Just give it a look over and if it needed work done, I would book for it at a later date. I got a call around 1.5-2 hours later saying my car was done and that they had the estimate for the work my car needed to pass MVI, and they would give it to me and go over it when I picked up my vehicle. When I picked up my car, they provided me with a $3600 estimate for work that “needed to be done”, and proceeded to go over the list of things needed with me. Some of the things on the list were the same things put into different words, they were hoping I was a stupid woman who didn’t know any better. I thanked them for their time and told them to have a good day. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion as $3600 was absolutely mind boggling to me for it to pass MVI. The second shop told me there was only 2 things my car needed done and quoted me $675 for parts, labour, taxes included. Moral of the story, save your $3000 and take your vehicles literally anywhere’s else.

AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I went last November 2022 to changed my rotors,brake pads and calipar spend around $1,600 or more and i still can’t find my receipt and last week I went there to see if they can give a warranty as they told me there is a 2yrs warranty or 40,000 kilometres so to make it short they don’t want to give me my warranty as it’s not a manufacturer defects or something became they were telling me that my SUV wasn’t running for atleast a week or more i told them the story that my battery died and lats for a week before I replaced it.

They told me it’s not covered by the warranty because it was my fault by not using the vehicle for a week or more?how in the world would be my mistake?even if I didn’t used my car for two weeks if you just did your JOB properly it wouldn’t be like that im sure!I went there because you were a NAPA affiliate or whatever but i just have put together the pieces in the place and do a better job this won’t happen for sure!theres no way my BRAKE PAD AND ROTORS OR MORE WOULD BE DAMAGED IF YOU GUYS DID YOUR JOB PROPERLY!!!and now your telling me to changed it and pay another $1,600 or more!So please STAY AWAY from this place!This is the first time ever i put a review in my whole life i was just so PISSED and not wanting any person to go there and have this kind of Experience!
