If you are looking for a trustworthy family run business with amazing staff to look after you, N A B Auto Service is the perfect choice

If you are not mechanically inclined there is a certain helplessness that comes from auto ownership when things go wrong. Before I was a customer at N A B this used to stress me out. Now I feel well taking care of and have full trust in the staff and ownership that the day are looking after my best interests and safety.

I brought my recently purchased vehicle here, as recommended by the dealership, for swapping a broken suspension part that was not replaced even though MVI also done by N A B marked the suspension as "NP". They kindly took a look at the car and identified the broken part. However, it took a little over 2 months and an unnecessary amount of back and forth coordination to have this suspension part replaced. Not at all satisfied with the handling of the situation.

Rick and the staff , they go above and beyond for their customers. It's a family business. If you don't need things done to your vehicle. The staff will tell you. Before I went to other places, they would take advantage of you. Not NAB.

This happened on Wednesday August 21 2024 time around 9:40am
I don't recommend these guys I told them to change the front light bulb on my car and they charged me 2 hours labor to do that. Go somewhere else to fix your car. Cost me $260 oil change and the front light bulb. And bulb was mine
I'm not from here.

Brad at NAB always takes good care of my car. His team recently changed the timing belt & water pump on my 2012 Acura TL and it was done quickly and exactly as he quoted. He gave me great price which was exactly as he quoted and much lower then the Dealer quoted. Great service and I recommend them 100%.
