Murray Collision Centre

The reason I took 2009 Tacoma to Murray's was we had previous knowledge of painter who was employed there. I realized 99% of their customers were Dodge Jeep owners, but I thought I'd ask if they would repair my Toyota. Very happy they did. Dealing with Ronnie Petrillo was an absolute pleasure. Repairs were done very efficiently and we were kept up to speed on repair process. Wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicles back there again if need be. Ronnie is truly a kind and professional person to deal with.

5 star body shop. Ronnie was great! He kept me in the loop about the repairs needed on my commercial vehicle, didn't make any promises he couldn't keep and answered my inquiries promptly ! When I dropped off my van he had a rental vehicle reserved ready to go for me which was super convenient. Great job guys! HIGHLY recommend this place for your collision repairs!

Had an accident with our 2015 Grand Caravan, and due to delays from MPI our van was at Murray for 7 weeks. Once the MPI decision was made repairs were done promptly and properly. I can't thank Ronnie and his team for the EXCELLENT customer service during the whole process. He went above and beyond to help us to get our van fixed. I would recommend them to everyone!

If I could rate this collision centre 6 stars, I would. I usually feel very stressed and anxious with anything car related, but Tim was so helpful and explained everything very well. I felt very taken care of, and everything went super smoothly and easily. His communication was clear and kind and I knew exactly what to expect. He even gave me a few quotes on some other, separate work I was interested in without any pressure to have it done. The bodywork was perfectly done and my car was returned quickly. I would 100% recommend this collision centre, particularly if you are someone who doesn't feel super comfortable with car related issues!

Ronnie and team did a fantastic job fixing our Pacifica Hybrid. It came back mint condition, cleaner than when it came to them and they arranged for the winter tires to be put on, an oil change and some warranty work to be done by the dealer while it was with them.

I was hit on the passenger side of my 2020 Grand Cherokee Summit in December. Took it in last week to Murray Ram Collision for repair. They were prompt to get the unit in to the shop and start repairs. It was ready exactly when Ronnie Petrillo the Manager said it would be and his Team did a fantastic job with repair, paint, and parts replacement.
