We were extremely satisfied with a repair of our dryer that was done by Nathan. There were no surprises throughout the whole process - everything was handled professionally. We were presented with a quote after Nathan's assessment of the problem and he proceeded with the repair only after we had given him a go-ahead. Nathan had spare parts in his van and completed the repair work in a competent and efficient manner. The dryer works like new. This was a very positive experience for us! It is a huge relief to find a service technician, like Nathan, who is knowledgeable, communicates clearly, is courteous, efficient and tidy. Highly recommended.

We booked in to get our washing machine looked at, as the drum had gotten loose on the weekend. Booking was super easy on the website, and service was quick and easy (I wasn’t there myself but my wife was). From what I was told they came in, diagnosed it really quick, fixed it even quicker than expected, including the latch issue we had. Very nice fellas too, from what my wife says! (Nathan and Luke)

Literally the ONLY issue with the whole process was we’d booked for the morning but ended up with an afternoon appointment scheduled, which after calling turned out to be due to the technicians starting out the day an hour away. Just a part of living in smaller areas like this!

Will 100% call them again if we have issues with any of our appliances, as we felt it was top notch!

Very professional, efficient and responsive. They did a quick install of an in-counter stovetop replacement and it went very well. I liked how responsive and communicative the company is. They get back to you, make your booking, send you a notice with a pic of your technician and call you ahead of arrival. Expect to pay fairly for a trained professional who knows what they are doing.

Excellent service from start to finish! Left a message on the weekend and call was returned first thing Monday morning! Alison was wonderful, explained their billing up front and was able to fit us in that day!
We received a text and email letting us know the technician was on his way with a picture of who to expect!
David was great and quickly determined issue with gas stove, fixed and departed within a short time.
Honestly best appliance repair experience ever! And this was two days before Christmas!
Will be our go to appliance repair in future.
