Excellent service and experience today dropping bike for service- they tried to help me unload in the lot first thing am- Lee in service was organized and ready when I got there- when I went to pick up bike they had basically detailed it, hasn’t been this clean since it left the showroom originally-then they tried again to help me load up- Tommy showed me some features I didn’t realize the bike had!! Cam and Pat worked with me on some gear shopping- overall excellent experience- we get so used to apathetic and disinterested staff in many small businesses these days- these guys are the real deal

Best moto shop around. Well worth the trip for me from where I live, even though there's other shops closer. I bought a used DR650 from them a few years ago and it's been one of the best purchases I've ever made, having taken the bike on multiple trips around Western Canada since. Everytime I've taken my bike in the pricing has been very fair, staff are awesome, and they've been very quick as well. No complaints!

Big shout out to Lionel! I just purchased a 2024 Royal Enfield. Lionel was patient and very knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that you could visualize what he was talking about. I highly recommend going down and speaking with him if you’re in the market for a new ride.
I’d also like to add that all of the staff I had interactions with were very helpful and friendly as well.

Superb selection of bikes which the staff are more than willing to talk about with personal experience of riding most of the bikes. No pressure at all. So much so, I purchased the bike on the spot and I am very happy with my 2022 Suzuki SV650ABS at a bargain price. Well worth a visit to experience the stellar service and bargains to be had.

Called 3 times to get a part, everytime they tell me they will call me back. Never did. I drove an hour to go there to be told it was discontinued. Would of been nice for them to call me back when they said they would.
Bad customer service.
If you don't have a new bike they dont care about you.

This shop is an absolute joke. I called in to ask if I could get an appointment booked to have my new tires mounted on my atv & was told they won't swap the tires unless you ordered the new set through them. I dont understand why they can't just charge you a fee for the service. Another time, I took a part in to get a bearing removed on the rear end of my quad. Somple job right. Nope... They wrecked the part that housed the bearing while trying to remove it. When I showed up to pick up the part, I was told it's free of charge since they ruined the part & sent me on my way. Do yourself a favor & make the trip up to Spunkys in Parksville. They obviously don't care & the employees are incompetent to say the least.
