I had an issue with the exhaust and called expecting to make an appointment for another day. I was told that although they were busy, I could bring my car in for a quick check same day to see what they could do to help. They were able to fix my car when I brought it in for the check in! I much appreciated the friendly customer service and willingness to help me although they were busy and could have scheduled me out or turned me down today. Very happy with the service!

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!
A simple tire change caused thousands of dollars in damage, countless hours of time, and put mine & my girlfriend’s life in jeopardy due to sheer negligence and incompetence.

I went in for a simple tire change before heading out to a family event in Denver with my girlfriend. After dropping my vehicle off, I went back in to the shop and picked it up. All was well until I drove less than a mile down the road, and my front driver side tire came flying off while driving!!! After inspecting the vehicle, I saw that my wheel and spacer had come completely off, and my left
driver side had rotor had grinded on the pavement. My rotor, spacer, and wheel suffered significant damage. The left driver side fender had bent and shifted. The door no longer closes properly as it is rubbing against the trim and fender. I found out that the technicians did not torque my lug nuts when putting the wheel back on at the shop. I was told to provide 3 repair quotes to the shop manager and they would cover all the damaged parts and repair. After doing so, I heard nothing back from Midas and instead had to deal with their insurance, Nationwide. A month and a half into this process, Nationwide has forced their own estimate and short-changed the cost of repair, while avoiding any professional communication on the day of my scheduled repair drop off. After dropping my vehicle off at the repair shop agreed to, after I sent 5 emails and called all morning, Nationwide finally responds and tells me today that the rental car they offered is only good for 3-days since the repair shop wasn’t one of their preferred options - which they never provided. So now if the repairs take longer than their estimate (that they drafted up) I’m responsible for the cost of a rental car so I can get to and from work.

The incident represents a severe failure in ensuring safe service and transparency regarding negligent work. The gravity of this negligence posed a significant risk of physical harm or death to both me and my girlfriend. I’m fortunate that the incident did not occur on the highway while en route to Denver. However, it has cost me an untold amount of stress, time, and money to recover from this situation.

Whatever you do, take your vehicle somewhere else! No matter how simple, it could save you from potentially the most traumatic and painful automotive experience of your life.

I was driving to Aspen for a wedding. Brakes started violently shaking. Pulled into Midas- parking lot was full, each bay was full. I went in explained what was going on to the Manager- with the fun fact of being in a wedding that night. He told me he would do his best but it may be the end of the day. I thanked him and went to find some lunch. Before my food even arrived, he called me and said my car would be ready in an hour. Great job! Great People! And I made it to the wedding on time. Thank Midas Team!!!

My husband and I were traveling on a road trip through Glenwood Springs Colorado in our Bentley. Sometimes it is hard to find a shop that will work on our car because of the liability, but we really needed to find a shop because there was a loud rattling underneath the car. I described the sound to the service advisor and they said, well let’s put it up on the lift and take a look at it. They brought it in right away and I watched as they carefully checked for loose bolts and brackets. It turned out to be a loose bolt on a stabilizer bar that is part of the main chassis. They tightened up all the bolts to be sure everything safe and I went inside to pay. When I got to the counter, he said oh there’s no charge, and I said really are you sure, and he said we just had to tighten a few bolts. I just thought that was a really kind old-fashioned way to treat a customer and help out somebody while they were traveling. I would highly recommend this shop, they seem to be an honest place with integrity. Thanks again guys!!

Took my car in to fix a smoking issue- they told me it was an oil filter problem so all they did was replace the oil. Drove my car home and went to use it a few days later and wont turn on....turns out they sent me home with a dead battery and did not fix the smoking problem. Had to pay a mobile mechanic who saved the day and diagnosed my car correctly. Do not come here if you do not know what's wrong with your car.

This Midas has mine and my boyfriend’s go to auto shop since moving to the valley. The folks here offer consistent and reliable service at better prices than competing shops. Cullen and Wyatt especially are great at explaining what I need done to my vehicle, offering price options and making sure I understand what’s happening. They go above and beyond here! I can’t recommend them enough.
