Got rear ended at the end of August and I brought my car into Marcel’s for a quote. They were super accommodating and informative. Thankfully, it wasn’t structural and all cosmetic so I was able to get into car in within 2 weeks and fixed it up within a week. Make sure you have rental car coverage and they’ll supply you with a rental for the duration of the fix.

I was able to get my car fixed back (if not, better) to its original state. They were extremely professional and on top of my insurance company. I was recently in an accident and took my car to Marcel's for the repair work. The owner has an exceptionally well run business and you can tell by the way the staff and himself interact with the customers and amongst themselves; there's always a level of respect and a general feeling of “you're family and we'll treat your vehicle as if it were ours” type of vibe. As an added bonus, they're also super friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff are the most pleasant group of ladies I've come in contact with, especially Sharron and Michelle; they're kind and warm hearted. I have and will continue to recommend this place and will be a customer for as long as they're around!

I was completely side swiped by a city bus in nov 29 . They were great with getting my truck in quick (by dec 9) and giving me a rental all the jazz. I recieved my truck back on jan 3rd it looked great. Was informed rim was on back order and it would be longer , which whatever. Instead I opted to take it back and just make a quick tire appointment for when the rim comes in. No problem.
I declined for them to re-tint my tail light i told them i would tint it myself. Nice weather comes around and I decide to take the "new" headlight off to tint it. to see many surface scratches on the red lense and the factory stickers on the inside all faded and nearly falling off. This was a old used tail light off of another vehicle, this was 100% not a brand new tail light.
In the process of tinting the tail light, I noticed the job that was done within the box... (Attached photos , oem vs repair). You can clearly see the old box panel was removed and part of the box grinded into. Slap new panel on painted and paid ZERO mind to it.
Then going to the rear passenger door, yes there was extensive cab damage, but the door never lined up properly, it's hard to open hard to close (sometime it needs to be shut 2 times or even slammed) you cab see the body line doesn't actually meet up and there was a little hump left in the door. To sum it all up The receptionists are fantastic and easy to work with, but the work was good , not great, and deffinalty not back to the way it was pre-accident.
