I walk inside to an empty desk, eventually I'm "greeted" by some jail house reject with tattoos on his hands. He rarely makes eye contact as he scrolls his phone. I explain a would like a full exhaust installed and my manifolds removed and replaced with aftermarket headers. I'm told with zero eye contact I need to source my own headers but they could do the job. I source my headers and then set an install date. After dropping my truck off for service, I get a call from the shop explaining they can't take the old manifolds off. This is odd considering this is a muffler shop and they accepted the job knowing very well this needed to be done. "Okay fine I say, I'll go somewhere else"... surprise, they have already chopped off my entire exhaust. With no other choice I agree they install some other exhaust I didn't agree to. Angry and defeated I go to pick up my truck, only to find one old catalytic converter (it had two), yes that's right after all that they stole one of my catalytic converters. Possibly the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. STAY AWAY
