Great customer service in an age of no customer service!

I find it increasingly hard to find good examples of professional service these days. From a simple fast food restaurant to banking it is almost non-existent. But when I do find one, I have to share it.

Before Christmas I had a mishap with my SUV. I had to have body work done and when my regular body shop informed me it was a two month wait I ended up choosing MARS - mostly because of their online reviews. Well, they didn't disappoint.

From the first visit with Natalie and Charles I felt they were looking after my best interests. They gave me an estimate quickly and liaised with my insurance company with all the necessary details. When my local car dealership couldn't find me a tire, Natalie took it upon herself to source one and have it installed on my SUV. They worked diligently to get my car repaired as soon as possible and delivered it in perfect order. Every step of the way throughout the process MARS was professional and friendly.

I hope that when the next person needs a body repair job they read my review and decide to put their trust into MARS. I'm glad I need.

MARS was recommended to me by a friend. I'm so glad I went there for the damage to the body of my car. From start to finish, the whole experience was fabulous - I had to write a review! Very friendly, knowledgeable, extremely reasonable price, fast email responses, and end bill matched the quote. The work was completed in good time and the end result is better than hoped. Professional and very courteous. They treat your needs in a timely manner while not rushing. They have a great attention to detail while going over your vehicle. They also keep you informed the timeline of what to do with your vehicle and when. Great staff and well worth doing business with.

AMAZING STAFF, GREAT SERVICE, AFFORDABLE (price varies per damage) went to get a quote and the owner stopped what he was doing and immediately looked at my car then explained to me what was wrong, took pictures underneath and elaborated where the damage I couldn’t see was. He got a second opinion then carried on. He then took my license and saw that I was very young and understood how my “accident” frustrated me. He explained to me how he thought insurance would take advantage of the situation (and he was right they were going to charge me $100 more the next year after paying deductible) then he gave me a price I could probably afford on a single minimum wage job ! ? I shopped around and his price + service = unbeatable
