I had the best experience at Loop! I went for a tire change and realized I accidentally got the wrong tires. Even though it was my fault the staff was super cooperative and understanding, thee booked me in within the next 2 days despite it being one of the busiest times of the year. Thank you and I'll definitely be back!

Great service and the mechanics take the time to explain the issues and what they have done to correct them They are friendly and willing to answer questions no matter how basic. I highly recommend them for any auto related maintenance or problems regardless the make of automobile. They have serviced my Ford, VW and Mercedes without difficulty and I’ve always been satisfied with the results. Give them a try!

Great group of guys at Loop Auto. I’ve been dealing with Brenden, Alex and Nick for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can always trust these guys to fix me up when my car needs service. I have found a GEM in the city.

Today I visited this Garage after my brother referred me here.

I showed up without calling as I was in desperate need of a window repair that was stuck down .

This company, the staff, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the whole experience was like no other service garage.

Sam & Cameron are exceptional employees I literally felt like I was at a 5 star hotel 😂.

I have scheduled my car in for an alignment in 2 weeks and then probably window tint and then probably a cleaning and then probably some thing else after that. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I never met the owner but the fact his company operates the way it does he must be awesome also.

I would recommend anyone looking for service, detailing, tinting, car wraps to contact Loop Automotive.

Completely untrustworthy and highly unprofessional store. They gave me a very tight appointment slot, but when I arrived, they lied to me, claiming that their equipment was broken and that I needed to reschedule. After that, I never heard from them again. The ridiculous part is that they kept my contact information just to send me marketing messages, asking me to recommend their technicians. I sincerely hope you go out of business so that my time and gas money won’t be wasted on your store ever again.

We are new to Bedford and always look for our family mechanics. Loop was was excellent! Friendly people. . I like the text reminders. Fair prices. And they don’t do anything extra unless they ask first. Great shop!😀 we are happy with them.
