My car's heater stopped working, and with winter upon us, it was a real problem. I took it to LPARS, and they diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat. I was expecting to be without my car for a day or more, but they were incredibly efficient. They had the part in stock and completed the repair in just two hours! The service was fast, friendly, and professional. My heater is now working perfectly, and I'm so grateful for their quick turnaround time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs.

I’m hesitant to write this because these guys have felt like our hidden gem. They always have great prices and are far more thorough than we would ever reasonably expect. We recently got a dealership quote for a part replacement that was around $1,500. We brought it to Lincoln Park Auto, and they bought the part from the dealership and charged about $850 total (and asked us to bring the car back in for a free inspection two weeks later). Can’t recommend this place enough.

Brought my van in for a checkup several months ago and they discovered bad spark plug corrosion. Got an honest opinion from the owner and reasonable quote with evidence to back up reasons for fixing it. Never felt pressured to do the work, but they sure gave good reasons to come back!

My car has been giving me a few issues. I took it in to Lincoln Park Auto Repair to give me a diagnosis. I thought it was going to be a transmission issue, but was hoping this wasn’t the case because my car is a 2019. I got a call a few hours later asking me if I lived by the repair shop. I immediately said that this doesn’t sound like good news. He told me over the phone that my car needs new brakes and wanted to see if I wanted to stop by to see the old rusted brakes to be assured that they needed to be changed. I never had an auto shop repair shop ask that before! They are SO thorough and friendly. I don’t drive my car often, but I have noticed over the past few weeks my brakes have been squeaking. I had my all my brakes/rotors replaced as well as a transmission flush. My car has never ran better! I feel like all auto repairs are expensive, but this place has fair prices!

Reliable and honest repair store! They don't make you lose money due to unnecessary repairs and replacements, which is a very rare practice in this business. Since they are very good at their job, they quickly diagnose the problem and repair your vehicle as soon as possible. It is also great that they speak Turkish. Highly recommended 🙏

Would absolutely not recommend. Came in because my check engine light came on, and the guy convinced me to get a diagnostic that cost me $160. All to tell me I needed oil in my car and my problem is solved. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I have to get another diagnostic because the same problem was persisting. Had to come out of pocket for another diagnostic at Firestone, and they found that the crack shaft needed to be replaced. Not saying this place scammed me, but that’s how it feels. Total waste of money. I recommend going to a bigger name place. More trustworthy

The lead mechanic has always been reliable and willing to work with me if there is an issue. He was willing to keep working on that car until the issue was resolved, not making me continue to make new appointments and pay more. Their service is quick and on schedule for regular maintenance and they don’t sell unnecessary work.
