I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I feel it's important for anyone hesitant about taking their car to Level Auto to know that my experience was outstanding in terms of both service and price. My service tech, Mark, was incredibly personable and took the time to explain my alignment results in detail.

While waiting, I noticed how Mark interacted with other clients—he went above and beyond to ensure they fully understood any issues with their cars. Across the board, the staff at Level Auto struck me as honest, friendly, and knowledgeable, treating every customer with the same courtesy.

To top it off, my car drove perfectly after the alignment. Highly recommended!

Terrible Terrible customer service. There website advertises seasonal tire change special is $50. And they won’t honor that price and want more money even though it’s on the first page of their website. Level auto you are SCAMMING customers!!

I've had my car in twice now and both times they were respectful, honest, and on time. They never tried to upsell me on things I don't need and were able to diagnose a problem that 2 other shops couldn't. Highly recommended!

Taken advantage of, treated car poorly (flooring it on the street) Went in for front brake pads and alignment. Brake pads were done fine but alignment was not actually done, and newly installed camber bolt has been stripped by improper tool use. Nothing was torqued back to spec and the vehicle was pulling right until I took the wheel off and fixed it back to how it was when I originally brought it in. They also charged me more since they said the alignment was more in depth, but they didn't even touch the left side of the car after they realized they didn't know what they were doing with the camber bolts. I race/track this vehicle, all of this is crucial and they don't give a damn. 300 CAD to replace the front brake pads, thanks.

Quality alignment service, steering wheel is straight as a arrow. Very clean kept facility. Super comfortable waiting room, and I love the fact they had free wifi so I could finish up some of my work stuff.

I've been coming to Level Auto for the past 15 years and Mark and his team of hard working professionals never stop surprising me. It is very hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. In my 15 years of coming to Level Auto I can't count the amount of times that Mark saved me money with either hints on maintenancing my car, or telling me do a certain service is not worth it at that time. Having that honesty goes a long way for me and I've been to mechanics that say I need to change something every time I come in. I also love the state of art equipment that Level Auto has, with their laser based tire alignment machine and their new robot tire balancer. I know when I come here my car gets the attention and service it needs and I'm forever a fan of Mark and his team! Keep it up Level Auto!!

This shop deserves no less than five stars!! For those of you thinking of checking out Level Auto, come down and see for yourself how great this shop is. You know how I know? I've known the owner Mark since the early 2000's. We worked together at a dealership. Dealerships and big chain auto repair shops don't have incompetent auto technicians working for them (Canadian Tire doesn't count!!), as it would be a liability issue. Let that sink in for a moment! The best thing about Level Auto is that you'll receive dealership quality repairs, without dealership crazy prices!! I came here for a four-wheel alignment and Mark did an awesome job as I knew he would! My Lexus is driving straight as an arrow!!  Come and get professional work done by Level Auto. Cheers!
